“His pride got hurt,” Joe said with a laugh. I stepped around him and moved to Ben. I looked him over and saw the large bruise on his side. He also had one on his jaw and collarbone. “It looks like more than just his pride that got hurt. Ben what did Billy do to you?” “Why do you always have to assume I did something?” Billy yelled out from about five hundred meters away. “Because you always do, and you aren’t included in this conversation!” I yelled back. I didn’t have to, he could hear me just fine if I whispered but I was pissed off. Ben looked at me with a pained look on his face, “Lee, I’m fine.”  “Of course you are,” I placed my hand on his cradled arm and pressed down hard. He winced stepping away from me. I turned to Joe with much annoyance, “So what else did you two break?”
