Eliza’s POV:
It was early in the morning when I woke up before the sun was well up. Last night was delightful. It felt good, familiar with Jason. He had kept his word and had completely washed and dried me, from my hair to my toes. After that, we went back to bed.
Jason and I had been talking about many things. About Anna’s missed abortion, the way Ben had spoken and reacted to the news, Miles and his first mate, Alexia, and how to proceed.
I promised Jason I’d take Anna to the doctor to make a plan and prevent her from getting worse.
It gave me the opportunity to get my test results, and Jason kept his word to run with Alexia as a wolf. They got to know each other better and Jason talked to Alexia about her vision of life and being a wolf.
