Anna’s POV:
“What the hell is wrong with him?” I asked Eliza, still facing the door in disbelief.
“I don’t know. That’s how he woke up this morning. He had been tossing and turning all night. He woke up when Miles called and the moment he started talking, all that came out was grumbling and snarling,” she responded.
Nice, really nice. I thought to myself. “Sorry Eliza, I don’t know what’s bothering him, but he usually isn’t like that,” I told her, but she waved her hand as if she didn’t need to hear.
At that moment, Ben walked back in. “He shifted into his wolf and blocked me from mind linking him,” he said.
