Jason’s POV:
It had been three days since Eliza’s father had been here. Zoë and Alex had left our pack the next day to head back to The Full Moon. Alex told me that Jake was suspended, and he had to take on the Alpha role temporarily. That was one of the reason Elder Williams wanted to talk to Eliza. He also told me the Elder and Eliza already knew each other and that I shouldn’t be worry about his visit to our pack.
Instead of being preoccupied with the Elder’s arrival, I was extremely concerned about Eliza. She didn’t eat, didn’t talk to me and would lie in bed or on the couch all day. With a bit of luck, I got her something to drink, but that was about it.
