Jason’s POV:
It’s Thursday today. Just woke up and lying in bed. I’m thinking about my conversation with Eliza yesterday. Alexia was surprised and happy when she saw the gifts Eliza and Miles brought for her, including the onesie she had taken out of Eliza’s room.
It triggered different emotions within me. Sadness at the loss of our baby. Misunderstanding because I couldn’t understand how anyone could have done this. Anger because someone thought this was okay. Devastation, because I didn’t know who did it and Eliza couldn’t tell us. Love the woman who had to go through all this. It was like a bouncing ball of emotions going through my body.
