Jason’s POV:
I was simply stunned. My own sister, went completely nuts. All because her best friend was in love with her brother. I didn’t know what to say. Anna would never get this right with Eliza and I couldn’t even blame her. And then Eliza, so cool, so calm. It was as if she had walked into a completely different room from me. It hurts me that Eliza was so hurt by my own sister and Beta.
Ben and I had been friends for years, so I chose him to be my right-hand man when I took over the pack five years ago. It was difficult, but with his help and that of the others, who gave me the time and space to grow, we have made it to where we are today.
