Sumilip si Raffie sa pinto ng opisina ni Natalie.
“You have a visitor,” sabi niya.
“I’m busy,” malamig na tugon ni Natalie, hindi man lang tumingin.

“Lander!” she breathed out, relief and surprise blending in her tone.
“How have you been?” tanong ni Lander, genuine concern written on his face.
“I’m doing my best,” sagot ni Natalie, may bahid ng pagod sa ngiti. “I’ve moved on, somehow. What brings you here? When did you get in?”
