The only thing worse than almost getting r***d is seeing the person who put you in that situation. It was hard to picture Roman sitting by the side of the bed, waiting for me to wake up. It was hard to imagine he’d ever apologize for putting me in that position. When I opened my eyes, I realized I had been dreaming or maybe just really deep in thought. Hoping Roman would be right next to me. But that wasn’t very realistic of me, he was not that kind of person. I was in a massive room, laying on a huge four poster bed, the linings and mattress softer than any I’d ever felt.
