TWENTY-THREE Hannah aimed her stun gun at the backs of the security guards blocking access to the alley Hanson had been leading her toward, but didn’t fire. There were too many of them. Her stun gun would run out of charge long before she and Hanson had fought their way through. Leon and the others had fled into the alley while she and Hanson had covered their rear before being cut off by this new contingent of guards. Luckily for them, the guards had been focused on following the others rather than looking behind them to where she and Hanson were holed up in the doorway of the building opposite the alley. ‘It’s no good.
