Abyss Of The Raging Ryujin

       He sprung forward on the ceramic floor with his wooden sword in hand thrusting it nearly to my chest, but I spun to my right evading his attack. Swinging my right arm with my own wooden blade, swiftly driving it to his neck but he effortlessly ducked down landing onto one of his knees and gave me a low sweeping kick. I then jump up from his attack, landed near his legs and swivel around as fast as I could to seize the wooden sword towards his nose. The courtyard breeze slightly brush pass against our skin, silence was all there was and with only the nature intruding in the midst of our spar.       "Haha! Ayumi my dear sister, you've have improved greatly with your skills and of course quick-witted!" as Hideo praises, he got up and brush himself off of dust, picking up his practice sword. Giving me a sly grin of his that he usually do when he is impressed.            "And so you say for I have been taught by father, you and other brothers. I am most certainly not at your level at all."   "Stop with this darn humbleness! Blast the way you speak! Ayumi! You've have learned not only from us brothers and father, but also from the 8 masters of the east! It is to be aware you are talented! He exclaim in delight.      "You praise me far too much dear brother."  Hideo smiles and shake his head. We stood from each other, and bow down indicating that the spar is finished. The servant came rushing in to take away the sparing weapon from our hands. "Thank you Kenji."   " Yes, princess."  Kenji bow and left to put the swords back on the weapon racks on the side of the courtyard, where everything is neatly placed.           Suddenly,  Hideo and I heard feet shuffling in the back of the courtyard where the forest can be seen with the waterfall streams are heard throughout the area, as we glance at each other in silence, two shadows leap out of a tall tree attacking us both, I dodge the attack kicking the assailant on his side, and striking him with my fist towards his face. I quickly glanced at Hideo who seems like he has no trouble at all fighting the other intruder.    My attacker got up, swinging his arms with his hand in a knife style targeting my neck, I block him with my right and pull him to meet my elbows, but he stopped the attack, and kneeing me on my stomach, that made me gasp a little and so I stumbled back , watching his every move. Some how this attacker seems familiar... way too familiar, and my mind clicked suddenly knowing who are these attackers are. I close my eyes and heaved a big sigh.     " Brothers, what in the bloody blasphemy are you doing!?" My hands find my ways to my hips, glowering at the two. Hideo and the other stop fighting and I heard a chuckle from my attacker. My assailant was no other than Apollo and Hideo's was Sen.    " Well, You found us out way to quick Ayumi! You are indeed very talented!" Apollo snickers as he remove his black mask. Sen laugh with Apollo as he also took his mask off.     "Apollo! Sen! You could have been hurt!" I was angry at the prank they did, they are indeed precious to me, by means I didn't want to hurt them at all.   "Oh come now!! We just wanted to make sure you and dear brother Hideo would always be on your toes, beside we are your older brothers after all we , who did teach you the arts." Sen said as he brushes himself where Hideo kicked him.     I shake my head in disbelief, these mischievous brothers always planning things, just when I was off guard, but I am glad because it really does has heighten my abilities in fighting and had become more aware of my surroundings.            "We just wanted to tell you that dinner is ready, Otoosan and Okaasan has called for you all, and Hana is already at the dinner table." Apollo explained        " And you could have just called for us....maybe normally?" Hideo dark eyebrows raise slightly in question.       "Ha! Normal is far too boring and common! You must be uncanny and unique to live this world, don't you agree Sen?" Apollo gape at Sen for the approval nod from him.      " You darn older brothers of mine!" I curse under my breath as they all snicker.      " I think we shall head off to our dinner table." Hideo suggested, we all nodded walking out of the courtyard and  to the family dining room,  servants and guards bow when they see us approach our way down the hall, as we near the room the guard standing near the door saluted us and slid the door to open so we could enter.   "Thank you, Guard Llyod." I say with a smile along side with my brothers.  " Yes, princess and prince's of the land of Hakusai!" He salute one last time before sliding the door close behind us.  There sat at the table is  mama ,papa , Ayumi and our Obachan all waiting for us with a smile.  "We waited quite a while my dears"  Papa who spoken first with a question behind the words he spoke.  "Well Otoosama , these two rascals decided to ambush us while we were just cleaning up from our spar." Hideo said while playfully glaring at the two brothers of his.   Papa chuckles and shook his head, knowing that his two sons were as mischievous. Mama smile warmly and chuckle along side him, giving us a wave to come have a sit. Our feet shuffle to our seats, as we lower ourselves to the tatami on the floor.  Soon the door slid back open, and in came our servant's with a great amount of food in hand, placing it all in front of us.  " Thank you, Nova and Aita" Papa nodded as they bow and exit the room, leaving us to our dinner.  "Itadakimasu!" We all say in unison as we dig into our delicious food. My brothers, Hana and I had the most serving of food. Since we are known to eat more than any other, but also to keep our body muscles strong and replenish after we spar or battle. The kitchen ladies must have put extra just so we wouldn't raid in the kitchen at night again, but little do they know we still do. I quietly chuckle at the thought of their faces when they see the pantry were astray of ingredients. I then was interrupted by a small clacking of wooden chopsticks that was place back on the table.  " Oneechan Ayumi!" I look up from my food to see my cheeky little sister grinning wide showing off her small yet crooked teeth.  I smile at her, Hana has been growing up and she is the last of our sibling. We love her dearly and care for.  " Yes? Hana? Is there something you need from me?"  Hana giggles, " Oneechan! When will I be able to fwight like you?!"  Everyone chuckles and smiles at her excitement of learning the arts.  " My dear Hana, you will soon! Papa, will without doubt train you when the time has come." Papa says, his eyes crinkles when he laughs.  Hana, pout huffing in a playful manner crossing her little 4 years old arms.    "Hana, I will teach you once you've have hit 5 years old, it is almost your birthday no?" I said reassuring her, but the problem is she is weak, and her body could not stand the outside environment for too long as she becomes ill quickly. The only way is to teach her is to build her stamina and to sustain of harsh surroundings and that we can go from there, but we have no heart to tell her that she wouldn't be able to for awhile as she do has the will and spirit of the Bushida family, but not the strength.  "Oneechan pwamise?" Her words barely to form with sparkles in her eyes and hopefulness, how can I reject such a doll? " Yes of course!" Dinner were finish as me and my brothers sat sprawling our legs, because we were so full.  " Gochisosama!" We all said as we are in a food coma. Obachan chuckles, as she got up. "Dear grandchildren, and my dear children I will have to retire for now, as I am fatigue with this old body of mine. "  We stood up to bow to our Obachan as she makes way to her resting chambers, giving us each a pat on a shoulder.  "Dear, I will take Hana to bed it's almost nearly her bedtime." Mama spoke as she kisses papa on his cheeks. Picking up Hana and striding across the wooden floor to their room. "Ah! That was a great dinner!" Apollo happily exclaim as he pat on his belly. "Yes sure was, I am replenished with the food! but I am far too idle to move about at the moment." Hideo says as he sigh.  Sen and Papa laugh as I chuckle at them. Papa face suddenly turn into a serious matter. "Children there is something I would like to discuss with you." Our happy mood instantly became a serious one as Papa wants to inform us of some details.  "This is absolutely treacherous! They dare to come upon our land?!" Hideo our oldest of us all bellowed in rage.  " We won't have them stain our land with our blood." Apollo chime in with fury in his eyes.  "They surely will regret this matter." Sen grunted with a quiet thirst of violence.   "Dear brothers, please....calm all your men breast! We need to think before we've start to take action." I said in a suggestively way, hoping to calm them down. "Your sister is right, relax yourself." Papa agreed as he took a sip out of his tea.  My brother's relax back to their seat, their face still holds the scorn and fury, with arms folding across their chest.  "I've think I got it." Papa says as he look at us all in the eyes.  "But...there is a risk."  He finishes leaving us to question his ideas.
