Clay ended up spending two days in Sedona, taking a room there the second night since he’d checked out from Cottonwood. He wasn’t sure how good they’d look when he reviewed them later, but he took lots of pictures. The Canon was an amazing camera, so if he could do its capabilities justice at least a few of them might validate Jon’s assessment and the incredible gift. The second afternoon, he drove up the winding highway to Flagstaff through Oak Creek Canyon and found a good vantage point to watch the trains for a while and get a few shots of them.
