I Was A Human

Chapter 3

Of course to direct me to wherever I could connect with the one that has been destined for me.

I wore my most charming attire as I ran along to wherever my wolf was.

I unintentionally slowed down on getting to the huge Oscar tree which bloomed beautifully, with a wide top giving a view of the pavilion on its own.

My speed halted completely. And there she stood, looking at the top tree, enjoying the views it gave.

She turned around as though she noticed someone, But then, a huge flower covered her view she couldn’t see me.

“Isabelle?!”

I couldn’t believe it.

My heart screamed, it melted and twitched in my chest all at the same time.

Excitement filled with sadness and anguish.

Isabelle has been my childhood crush and I’ve always strongly wished she would turn out to be my mate.

My wish came through, but I didn’t know if I should be happy or sad.

I got the one I want as My Mate but we are separating? I couldn’t breathe for some minutes,

While I watched her beauty from afar, My wolf crawled beneath my skin.

I took a step towards her direction, but Edward got there before me.

He saw it, he saw my eyes, He figured it out.

His daughter, Isabelle is my mate!

I looked straight at his eyes pleadingly.

My eyes held nothing but pity. It was pleading, It was begging Edward.

“I’m sorry Asher, But Isabelle will be human from now on.” His mind linked me.

Tears tickled my eyes, and just like that, they were gone.

My mate was gone, Everyone left me!

I screamed as I fell to my knees.

I tried to trace them but Edward blocked all ways with some force.

I screamed and yelled at the same time, not my Mate!

While I was at it, mate bond came tugging at me, I struggled to breathe. I was suffering, I need my Mate! I want my mate! How dare he take what’s mine!!

“Nobody took his mate! Why did he take mine!!” I screamed helplessly.

Seating at the peculiar garden, My father’s favorite spot. My mind calmed, My soul relaxed and successfully,

I resolved myself.

With a clear head, I thought about the next step to bring my mate to myself.

I sat in the lotus position cultivating more qui with springs of tears dripping down my closed eyes.

“I need to bring her to myself! She is mine!” My wolf kept screaming while I cultivated more force.

I went on, sweating as though I could lose my life. And there she stood on the balcony of the mysterious building! I found her!

Without a second thought, I teleported Vigorously to be standing invisibly close to her.

Indeed we were mate.

Even though she had no idea she was a wolf, she was there due to her connection with me. The building is of the ancestral Golden Bloom Pack, My pack, And I’m the Alpha, Her mate.

A bright but slight smile finds its way to my lips.

It was worth it, Her beauty increased by the day.

“I’m here to get my mate.” I mind-linked Edward.

I felt him get agitatedly scared. Indeed he was getting the peace he wanted.

“I can see you achieved your quest, you are relaxed. But you must know I’m not here to cause you chaos but to get what belongs to me.”

I felt him.

He was coming, He found Isabelle and came for her.

With my highly cultivated force, I was completely invisible. I watched as he dragged her along and kept giving her instructions to never come back to the building.

“This is a warning Edward, I’m coming back to get what’s mine!” I thundered at his mind and he shook, looking back vigorously.

“Isabelle Is human, She will never have anything to do with Wolf, She will get married to a human as a human girl and her race will continue from there. It's being decided!! Alpha Asher!! Get over her!!” He mindlinked back.

I had no choice, but to laugh hysterically at how selfish and reckless he was with me.

“You can have everything in this world in your ways Edward. But not my Mate!! I’m bringing her to my side where she belongs!!” I yelled dangerously and teleported away.

I sat quietly as the thoughts of Edward’s cruelty couldn’t leave my mind,

He knows the amount of pain I will be passing through but yet kept my Mate.

“Edward,” I muttered and I felt him trying to respond.

I sat straight,

I figured my cultivations had broken the forces.

“{Alpha Asher, I value you a lot, But I also value my daughter, I hope you understand}” He mindlinked me back.

“You can explain all you want, But that’s my mate. She is destined to be with me and she will be!!”

“You can as well come back yourself. The peace and the happy life you so want, why not come let’s fight for it together as the Golden Bloom family we are. If you must know, I’m getting the one I yearn for with the whole of my heart by all means.”

As though he couldn’t take it, He blocks our minds.

Huge lumps formed at my throat, I struggled to breathe, fire burning underneath my skin, I shot my eyes closed as it spun around, vigorously, my claws shot out and my fangs grew longer.

“You need to claim her! She is yours!!” My wolf kept yelling at my head, I transformed, My mind and head so fussy, that I teleported swiftly to the mysterious building.

And there she stood, I transformed immediately.

I didn’t mean to scare her, but I did.

She saw me, and she saw clearly as I transformed and magically put on clothes.

I watched as shock overwhelmed her and she was losing consciousness,

She tried to scream but I stopped her,

Without any more thoughts, I lifted her with my mind made up to go with my mate whom I adore so much, But Edward came surging at me with a huge qui emanating from him, a quiz I transferred to him.

He was able to retrieve her from my arms.

Seeing Isabelle going through so much confusion and scared at the same time,

I teleported away.
