CHAPTER 14 When I woke the next morning, the smell of cooked bacon was in the air. I went out to the kitchen and saw Rags standing by the white stove. “Hey buddy, I thought I’d make some bacon and eggs, you hungry?” he grinned. “Damn, I sure ‘em.
