Epilogue
“Are we still on for Chez Juliette tonight?” asked Dean. He was dressed sharply in a black T-shirt and jeans for the Grand Reopening Party at the Cannoli Cafe. It was Saturday morning and the whole town seemed to be jammed inside.
“Definitely, Mr. Coogan. I could use a nice, quiet dinner and would love your company.” She looked up and smiled at him.
“Nicole! Where’s Nicole?” Despite all the noise in the cafe, Nicole could hear her aunt calling.
“Please, help her through!” she asked. Everyone parted to allow one of Rosewood’s favorite residents, Lucia Capula, greet her niece. Nicole also walked forward to meet her.
“Oh! My dear niece!” Aunt Lucia grabbed Nicole, hugging and kissing her. “What were you thinking? Please do not get involved in a murder investigation ever again!”
