The Hybrid Mates

It's a rainy Saturday the day before my 18th birthday, which is the day I get to start looking for my mate. Yes, that's correct. I said mate! See, I am a hybrid with a mix of werewolf, witch and succubus. It's kind of scary to think of it, but there are very few like me. Most of the others got consumed by their power, which led to their death or died at birth. myself on the other hand i have all parts of me under control, but I don't know how that will exactly hold up when i find my mate. it's said that when a female wolf meets her mate within a few days she goes into heat and it's really bad if they get rejected. I am really hoping I don't get rejected and my mate will love me just the same. Before I get into my story, let me introduce myself. My name is Ruby, I am 5'9 with blue eyes and red hair that goes down to my waist. My skin is light with freckles all over it, my body has curves in the right places, but at the same time, I am strong and fast at fighting. Now to the different sides of me, that include a wolf, witch and succubus. My wolf is a ruby red with black fur mixed into the red, she has a white diamond on her chest and a white heart on the pads on the front right paw, her eyes look black with blue specs. My succubus is my normal self, but my eyes turn golden, and lastly but not least, it is my witch side is normal looking and her eyes are gray with blue and gold spec. All of these parts are a part of me but different in their own way, but at the same time, they complete me. Now that you know me a little bit, let's get back to my story. Tomorrow is my 18th birthday, and I am so excited. In my world, it's the female's job to find the mate because the males are so distracted by the other females that go into heat. Yes, their wolves tell them if we are telling the truth or not. But once they find each other, then things just fall into place, and they are together forever. The Moon Goddess puts us with mates who will be loyal, honest and loving towards us. There have only been a few times that things went badly, but that's because one or both of the mates got power hungry, and when that happens, then one or both of them die. When a mate loses their other half, it's like losing part of you that you will never find. A few things can happen. First the living mate can go crazy and eventually die. Second, there is a small chance you will get a second chance mate. Lastly, they live out their lives sleeping around or never having s****l relations again. Now the thing of how I am going to find my mate, can be difficult or easy. It all depends on who the Moon Goddess paired me with. He could be part of my pack or a different pack, and there has been a few times in our history where someone was mated to twins or triplets. With some mates, they have died in battle, but then a second chance mate. When that happens, the tie to the mate that dies is severed but then the tie to the second chance mate is brought forward. All I care about is that my mate will love me for me and won't hate anything about me, or use me for my powers, especially since I am a hybrid and that alone is rare. But it could go the other way and my mate would seem to love me but, in the end, he might just want me for power, which can be dangerous.
