My high school life

" it all happened so fast", I was born into wealthy family and was given all the good things that life has to offer, but everything changed when my parents got a divorce, and as soon after that my father changed, he showed me a side of his that I had never seen before and at a very young age I was groomed to be a ruthless and a heartless person, and throughout my childhood I never saw the the light of the outside world, and slowly i had lost all of my emotions, until one day I got bored of the world I grew up in and wanted to experience the outside world and live a normal life, and decided to run away for this hell i called my life and my uncle secretly got me into a technical boarding school, for me to experience a normal life, my name is Bartholomew James and this is the story of my high school life. South biotech high is a school for training children to become geniuses, they have the goal of equipping children with the mindset, skills and tools they need to face the challenges of the world. Suddenly loud voice from the speaker " requesting all students report to the auditorium for a quick mental and physical assessment before reporting to their hostels"! After hearing the message all the other students started heading towards the auditorium and i myself followed, but everything was new to me, seeing them laugh and converse felt werid and made me sick, but i had to blend in. So we all arrived at the auditorium and got our physical and mental assessments done and we were all given room numbers and key to our room and we were paired in groups of two, I myself was paired with a weridly looking kid, " hi there roommate, my name is Jimmy Davis and what's your name", he said to me while putting on a smiling face but I did not reply, instead I gave him a serious look which spelt, not interested; so I went to shower and next to bed. The next day had arrived and all the Students were called back to the auditorium, for their assessment results and the average score for the mental assessment was 2.0%, it was based on your brain percentages, then most of the students got an ok result, while the other that were bellow average was sent back home, " yes!, i finally passed my mental assessment, Suddenly he was interrupted by a girl," Aden, lower your voice you're going to embarrass yourself, The he replied her laughing vigorously, Kyla, you know how hard i have worked to get were i am today. Then a calm voice spoke from amongst the crowd saying, you are making a ruckus and disturbing us with your pitiful story, the only reason you are amongst us is because you escape utter humiliation by just a mark, getting 2.1 isn't something to be proud of you are just as average as the score you got, do yourself a favor and shut your mouth, after hearing those words, Aden started getting furious and was ready to retaliate and suddenly he was held by Kyla and then she looked him directly in the eyes and said to him. " let's get going, he is not not worth your time and remember we don't want to get into trouble now or do we". Then he calmed himself down breathing heavily and smiled saying to Kyla, " you're right we should probably get going, i don't want to get into trouble like the last time, then they were about to walk away until the student said to the both of them looking very angry, " how dear you walk away from me, do you know who i am?, then Kyla looked at him with a dead and intimidating eyes saying with a very cold voice," and who might you be?, and for a moment the student got terrified of her face expression and her voice, and then he composed himself and replied to her," my the third son of Johnson, Michael", after introducing himself Kyla was still unaware of who he was, and suddenly he got confused and he said to her overwhelmed by her lack of knowledge, " do you know who my father is? Then she replied him very rudely," why are you asking me, didn't your mother tell you? Suddenly the whole near by students burst into laughter and then Michael felt ashamed and left them alone, mean while the administrator was announcing the top ten students with the highest brain percentages, " number ten David Otis , with brain percent of over 5.9, number nine Mathew Aman, with brain percent of over 6.0, next we have number eight, with brain percent of over 6.2, number seven Markus Donavan, with brain percent of over 7.5, next we have number six Evan Duke, with brain percent of 9.1, next Eliana valentine, brain percent 10.8", after hearing her result Eliana smiled with pride. "Next we have Abby Newman, with 15.2 brain percentages, next we have praise Ken, with 20.5 brain percentages," Then she said out loud very surprised," wow, this is outstanding, okay next we have number student number two Iris Parker, with 21.0 brain percentages, Then the vice principal said to the principal, " sir, it seems that this year we are having two outstanding talents", then the principal said to him calmly, " the first place shouldn't be far off, call the three of them into my office", as he was about leaving then the administrator announced, " oh my God, this is unreal, am I seeing this right, number one Bartholomew James, with 59.9 brain percentages", at that moment the whole crowd was in deep silence and nothing could be heard even across then instantaneously they all shouted very loudly and their voices could be heard even across the school premises and at that same time Bart was asleep for the whole thing.
