“Hey girls.” Sara smiled as they approached us.
“Hi.” I smiled as we walked down the stairs together.
Chrissy and Ava were sitting on the counter eating ice cream when we got into the kitchen. I heard something about being dismissed for the rest of the semester. I didn’t know if they wanted their moms to know that we knew.
“Hey.” I made our presence known so they could change the subject.
“Hey Everybody.” Chrissy smiled taking the hint.
“Rayleigh, we’re going to go and let you get settled into your house again.” Angel announced.
“Oh okay. Thank you again.” I smiled.
“See you tomorrow?” Atia hopped off the counter.
“Of course.” I smiled. “Wait, what are we doing for Christmas?”
“We will all be together. Don’t worry.” She assured me.
