She gave up her children to her caregiver at the hospital. The nature of her job was too time demanding, talk less of her children.
Daniel was more than glad to help her get her life back together. She owed him enough, it warmed her heart seeing the eagerness in Daniel's eyes.

After four strenuous hours on and off on the phone, she was finally able to finish setting up all the meetings.
After spending what felt like forever and a day, which was probably more close to 4 hours, Mr. Mart walked in without knocking.
“Do you mind knocking before coming in next time?” She asked, not looking up from what she was imputing on the system.
“What? Why? Want a warning before I come in next time?” He answered smugly, walking out and closing the door.
Phew, she sighed. She really did not want to deal with him now.
Suddenly, she hears three knocks at her door.
“Come in.” She answered grumpily.
“Ms. Ryder.”
“Mr. Mart.”
“How's the setting up meetings going?” He asked with a faint smirk.
“All good.”
“All good?” He looked at her and scoffed. “You were literally yelling at the second most successful business on earth, allowing me to lose a business deal.
“Sorry about that.” She also replied nonchalantly. “If you'll excuse me, I have some documents to print out.”
With that, she sashayed passed him down the stair way to the internship department. When she was done there, she decided to grab some coffee.
As she walked back to her office, she ran into a solid wall that wasn't there before. Spilling the coffee over the… It was Mr. Mart.
She groaned, running her foreheads in frustration.
“You know if you really wanted to touch my muscles, you could have done it discreetly.”
He sneered.
“Please you are the last thing I want to touch right now.” She sassed back.
“Well, since you spilled coffee over me and spoiled my suit, you have got to get me another one.” Her eyes widened in shock. “Buy. Me. A. New. Suit. Armani.”
With that, he walked off, seconds after her phone chimed.
Unknown number: Hurry, I have a meeting in 20 minutes.
She grudgingly walked to the nearest Armani store she could find. She picked a new suit and a cloth for herself, since hers was drenched in coffee.
She changed in the toilets and walked to the psycho's office.
“Back so soon, love, you must think I'm hot if you have seen me more than a hundred times today.”
“Here is your suit”
She placed everything on his desk, grabbed her drink and sat down, waiting for him to come out of the bathroom.
“C'mon Miss Ryder. We are already late and punctuality is very important to me, and since you are my PA it should also be important to you.”
“Of course,” She rolled her eyes as she trailed at his footstep.
As she walked to the conference room, she saw a colleague of her in the senior management council. Jack.
She placed Mr. Mart's drink on the table and sat quietly, waiting for the meeting to commence.
Meanwhile, Jack also brought coffee for her, but she declined.
Jack took the glass of coffee back, but not without a smug.
Mr. Marts picked up a glass of coffee that had a piece of paper and was sure it was from Jack.
Mr. Mart's took the paper which says;
“777-7894367 here is my number dear, call me when you want.”
Mr. Mart's looked at her with an eyebrow raised. She panicked, there was something about his gaze that was awfully familiar and his voice.
“Um…sir, it's not what you think.” She stuttered.
Grabbing his phone, he dialed the number. She dunked deeper in her seat.
“Wow, took you quick to realize you need me?”
Mr. Mart's cut in.
“I don't pay Miss Andrea to flirt around, so I suggest you stay away from her.” He said. “During work hours.”
Andrea could feel the smoke coming out from her ears. Standing up from the chair, she slapped him while grabbing his drink and poured it all over his body.
Satisfied with what she did, she walked out of the room with his phone in her hands. Everyone's eyes were like lasers on her back.
She knew for sure she had lost her job, she went to the office and started packing her items.
Surprisingly, Mr. Mart didn't sack her, just told her to wear tight cloths else he would punish her.
It sounded far too lame.
---------
The rest of the afternoon was really awkward, Mr. Mart kept giving her tasks upon task.
There was a knock at the door.
“Get that for me.” Mr. Mart demanded without looking up. When she opened it, it was Jack who was holding a bunch of black rises.
“Hello love, how are you doing.”
“Are those roses for me? How did you know I loved them?”
She was shocked when she felt a presence behind her. Mr. Edward Mart looked really mad with his clenched jaws.
Why, was he mad? It was past 6'0 clock, and she has finished all the work she had for the day.
“Um, can we leave since you're done?”
“Yes, please, let me grab my bag.” As she turned to get her bags, she heard the door lock and the bolt turn.
“What did I say about keeping your love life out of work hours?”
“With all due respect sir, it's 6:45 which implies I should have finished 45 minutes ago.”
“You didn't read my mail, did you? You will have to be at my call whenever I need you.”
“Well, you'll have to need me some other time. I have a hot date waiting for me.” She waved him off, moving further to grab her bags.
That seemed to do the trick, he growled while standing against the door.
She tried pushing him off, but he was like a mountain. An idea popped into her head.
Walking towards him, she batted get eyelids seductively, giving his ear a gentle blow. As she was doing, so she unlocked the door and slipped out.
She wasn't going to let any man hold her bound again.
