LEGAL EAGLE CAFE
I sit next to one of the locals at the Legal Eagle, hoping to hear something of interest. All they want to talk about is the church robbery. Why? What kind of kids would do this? What the hell are they going to do with a gold statue? Use it as a statue in one of their broken-down building hangouts?
I listen as they talk and don’t mentally agree with them. I can’t believe three young kids would go to that much trouble to tear a statue off its base, lug a very heavy gold statue out the door of the church, and load it into a vehicle just to have a statue for their clubhouse.
