Aurora’s POV
I stood frozen, my heart racing as Alpha Stone's scrutinizing gaze bore into me, I wondered why I had chosen the wrong time to step out of their room, I should have stayed a while longer. "What were you doing in the boys' room, Aurora?" he asked, his voice low and menacing.
I swallowed hard, trying to come up with a plausible excuse. "They called me to get snacks from the kitchen," I stammered.
Alpha Stone raised an eyebrow, his expression skeptical. "At this hour?" he pressed, his voice dripping with disbelief.
