Aurora’s POV
The familiar feel of my phone in my hands was a welcome relief. I had been searching for it everywhere, convinced that someone had taken it. I had even suspected the students, wondering if they were trying to sabotage me. But now, here it was, lying on the floor of my locker as if waiting for me to find it.
I couldn't shake the feeling that someone had indeed taken my phone, only to return it now. But why? What could they have wanted with it? I thought back to the events of the past few days, trying to remember if I had said or done anything that could have triggered this.
