CHAPTER 15: Hushed Voices
“...inside the shadows. Don’t ever forget...”
I gripped on that warm hand as it tried to slip out of my hand. But as if I had no force on my own, I lost the hand on mine.
“I’m going to find you.”
I gasped for air and sat up from the bed as I breathed hard the moment I opened my eyes.
Inhaling sharply, I touched my chest as I felt my heart hammering inside my rib. Biting my lip, I recalled the very few things I remembered in that dream I’ve never recalled once before, just now.
Black and Red. It was almost everything that I saw in that city. Everything in that place was almost all in a dark hue. Like a place behind the bright lights covered over shadows of black and red.
I looked at my hand, and once again, I can almost still feel the feeling of that hand’
