CHAPTER 16: Dinner with the Dark Prince
Just when I stepped towards the opened door, I suddenly gasped as I felt that scar on my back burning, making me stop on my steps.
W-what is happening?
“A-aahh.” I couldn’t help moaning in pain.
“Miss.” I felt hands on my body, maintaining my balance, but that only seemed to have intensified the burning sensation I was feeling on my body. Crawling. Gnawing at my insides as if it could eat me alive and leave me unconscious again.
“Natalie.” I heard someone call me and an arm suddenly encircled around my body, I don’t know how, but it made me sigh. I closed my eyes and exhaled, but only to be met once again by those cryptic images from my dream.
“...inside the shadows...
...I’m going to find you.”
Instead of a man’s voice uttering those words
