As soon as my 5:30 alarm went off on my phone, I quickly hit ok. I wanted to wake Crystal up sweetly today.
I propped myself up on my elbow, staring at her smiling sweetly in her sleep. I couldn't help but reach out and move the hair from across her cheek. She stirred a little bit but she didn't open her eyes.
Ironically a text came through on my phone just then. It was CC. I so badly didn't want to wake Crystal. She looked so comfortable and sweet.
CC: Both of the girls alright?
Me: Yeah... Hey you want to do me a favor?
CC: Sure, what's up?
I asked him to pick Jess up from work and walk her to Crystals apartment and he agreed, happily. The two of them were becoming closer just like Crystal and me. We would need to protect them now.
