We stood at the edge of the woods. I hoped it would not be like the last time. The woods were nothing alike, but the potential horrors they could bring could only vary with little differences. Suddenly, I did not feel so sure of myself anymore. “Hey,” Sonia bumped me on the back. “Look alive.” I grimaced at her. It was easy for her to say.
