“I’m really sorry..” Lucian kept on apologizing because on our way to our lunch he received an emergency call. Something happened to one of his hotels, someone tried to burn it or something so he had to go there personally to check. And because of that, he had to drive her back to the company and have her eat her lunch on her own.
“Luci. It’s okay, I understand and besides, it’s not as if I can’t eat lunch alone.” I giggled trying to make the surroundings lighter.
