The Harsh Truth of Life with Depression

   First let us define depression, so for me depression is like a monster that can kill any of us, depression is in our mental health no one of us will shout to the universe that we are depress right? Because we don't want people to know what we are suffering from, it is so hard to have a depression because you need to fake your smile, your laugh everything in you is fake, so you need to pretend that everything is okay but when you are alone you will see your true self you will go to your room and hide there and you will cry and cry then you're trying to suicide because you think no one is there for you, you think that you are alone, you are facing your battles alone and you don't want people to know your problems or you don't want people to get bothered or annoyed in you and also you think that people around you have a problem too so you don't want them to messed up so you keep your problems with you.    So you need to fight okay?
