Ever since I was a little kid, it has been my ultimate dream to become someone's bride. My mom would always see me in my room, wrapped in my blanket as I slowly walked across the whole room while holding a bunch of plastic flowers that I'd steal from the vase. But instead of getting mad, my mom would always compliment me or encourage me that I'd be a beautiful bride someday.
And so when I met the love of my life, I decided to become his bride which I eventually did. When Joseph proposed to me, I was the happiest girl in the world. He just made my childhood dreams come true. I get to wear a real bridal gown, not just a white blanket, wrapped around my body.
Joseph was a wonderful boy. He would always make me so happy in every way he could. He remembers the most important dates in our lives that I wouldn't even dare to remember like the day when I first smiled at him. He was beyond perfect and I couldn't ask for more.
After finishing college, we decided to get married.
But the supposed to be the happiest day of our lives became a nightmare for me.
I felt like I've been cheated by the whole world because no one could give me a valid reason why he left me.
May nagawa ba akong mali?
But then I realized, he's the only one who can answer all my questions. But he's gone.
