Just a few days before her engagement, Ava’s world shatters when her boyfriend ends things over text, after betraying her with his first love. Devastated and humiliated, she seeks escape in an exclusive exotic club, determined to drown her heartbreak in one reckless night.

She doesn’t expect to catch the attention of Kade, the enigmatic owner of the club and a hidden CEO who has long struggled with an unshakable condition that leaves him unable to get aroused. Until her.

Drawn to her in a way he can’t explain, Kade poses as a service worker just to get closer to her. What begins as a dangerous game of curiosity quickly spirals into something far more intense… and unforgettable.

But Ava’s escape turns into a devastating twist when she discovers the man she surrendered to isn’t just a stranger, he’s her boyfriend’s older brother. And now, Kade is no longer willing to let her walk away… especially when he’s ready to make her a dangerous offer she may not be able to refuse.

The club
Ava's POV "You've got to stop pacing around the room, Ava," my best friend snapped, annoyed by my restlessness. "Just spit it out." Giving up, I sank into my chair and glared at Sarah over the rim of my glasses, exasperated. "Liam and I have never been intimate!" I blurted, burying my face in my palms. "You've got to be kidding me." The shock on her face was unmistakable. "How is that even possible?" I sighed, biting my bottom lip. I wished I knew the answer to that. I'd been dating my boyfriend for about a year now, and we'd never had s*x. We'd never even come close to doing anything serious. "He's never actually given me a proper kiss on the lips before. Just pecks," I added, cringing at how ridiculous it sounded. "Is that normal?" "Definitely not!" She shook her head. "How do you date someone for a year and not even kiss them properly?" Sarah looked horrified, and seeing her reaction only made me more aware of how bland my relationship with Liam had been. I grabbed the glass of water sitting on my desk and gulped it down. "I..." I trailed off, unsure of what to say. "I didn't think much of it before, but now..." "I can't believe you kept this from me, Ava," Sarah interrupted. "He's never even tried to sleep with you?" "No! And it's eating me up. The fact that we're getting engaged soon and still act like friends worries me," I complained, intertwining my fingers. "I know some friends who've done way more than you two," she joked, playing with her short curly hair. "I'm serious, Sarah," I said uncomfortably. "I…I don't know if it's my fault. Maybe I don't read the signs well?" She rolled her eyes and tapped her fingers against her thigh. "I don't see how anyone could misread signs like that, Ava." "But I think I do!" I shook my head. "He probably thinks I'm boring, inexperienced, and waiting for marriage." "Are you waiting for marriage?" Sarah asked. "Of course not!" I exclaimed. "He'll think I'm bland. I just don't know what to do to set the mood." I bit my lip. "I'm clueless." My best friend stood up and perched on the desk in front of me. "I don't think you're clueless, and even if you are, there's nothing a little exposure can't fix," she said with a mischievous grin. I furrowed my brows. "What are you trying to say?" "There's this club called Ecstasy. It's a very erotic club with no restrictions, and they offer all kinds of services." Sarah's eyes lit up. "I went there once with my ex, and it was great. Everyone goes there." "There's no way Liam is following me to a s*x club, Sarah," I deadpanned, rolling my eyes. "It's not exactly a s*x club. Just a very sensual club," she argued. "And who said anything about him coming along?" "I don't think that's a good idea." "It doesn't have to be a good idea. Think of it as an opportunity to loosen up and gain some experience. That way, Liam won't see you as some traditional, boring girl." I took a deep breath and sank deeper into my chair, considering it. The last place I wanted to be was some erotic club, but I was practically desperate to spice up my relationship. Because I was scared. Scared that Liam might get bored and…No. I didn't want to think about that. I tapped my fingers against the desk and sighed. "We're going to Ecstasy." •°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°• "I shouldn't have followed you here," I blurted, glaring at Sarah and taking a step back, horrified by the scene in front of me. "Calm down, Ava. We just got here," she snapped, pulling me farther into the sick club. Yes, this place was sick. From the moment our Uber dropped us off, I'd wanted to turn around and leave. From the outside, it looked like a classy, expensive nightclub. But the moment we got past the bouncers and stepped into the dimly lit hallway leading to the second floor, I knew something wasn't right. The lights were so low that it was difficult to see clearly. Later, I found myself grateful for that when we stumbled across performers wearing little more than thin strips of fabric. And that had only been a preview compared to the scene before me now. The place was enormous. Three visible floors stretched above us, all packed with provocatively dressed people. Everywhere I looked, there were displays and performances that made my face burn. And the music? It was as loud as any club music could be…only ten times more provocative. "Sarah, what is this place?" I asked, digging my nails into her arm. "A club. How many times do I have to tell you?" she hissed, dragging me into an empty booth. I sat down hesitantly and clutched my purse while watching two women drape themselves over a man in the booth beside us. "But why is everything divided into booths and floors? Nobody's even dancing." "The dance floor is in another section. But this is the part we came for, Ava. Just relax." She waved dismissively before pressing a red button attached to the side of the booth. "What are you doing?" "I'm getting someone to attend to us." "Attend to us?" I shot to my feet as panic settled in my stomach. "There's no way I'm staying for that. Being here and..." I lowered my voice and glanced around. "Seeing all these half-naked people, men included, isn't right. I have a boyfriend." Stepping out of the booth, I headed toward the exit. "I need to leave." Sarah groaned and grabbed my hand. "Relax. You're not cheating just because you're seeing people with barely any clothes on." "But I'm here. And now you're getting someone to attend to us! What if…" My words died when a woman approached our booth carrying a tablet. "What service would you ladies like today?" she asked brightly. "We've recently added an upgraded lap dance package." That was it. "I'm leaving." I turned toward the exit, only for Sarah to stop me again. "Look, calm down. You can request a woman instead if you think having a man would be cheating." I resisted the urge to slap her. "No! What are you thinking? It's still the same thing!" She rolled her eyes and folded her arms. "Fine. Since you're not interested in any of that, just stay and watch. I'll try it so you can see it's not a big deal. It might even help." I considered it for a moment before shaking my head. "I don't know, Sarah. What if…" "You asked for my help. This is me helping, Ava. Just trust me." "Okay, fine!" I groaned and dropped back into my seat. The woman handed the tablet to Sarah, who immediately started scrolling through the options. Less than ten minutes later, a tall blond man approached our booth. He wore very little, and what he did wear left almost nothing to the imagination. He looked between us and started toward me, but I quickly scooted away and pointed at Sarah. What happened next left me speechless. He slowly straddled her, his hands touching her everywhere, while moving his hips slowly, syncing every thrust to the beat of the song, and rubbing himself on her. My best friend equally grabbed his shoulders, closing her eyes and dancing with him. I was still trying to process everything when he reached for the waistband of his tight boxer briefs. That was my limit. "I'm out of here." I shot out of the booth, overwhelmed and uncomfortable. I could hear Sarah calling after me, but I was determined to leave. For some reason, guilt churned inside me. I suddenly felt as though I'd betrayed Liam. My stomach twisted as I hurried through the crowd and into a quieter hallway. I needed air. But before I could take another step, I slammed into something hard. A startled cry escaped my lips as I lost my balance and stumbled sideways. Strong arms wrapped around me, steadying me before I could fall. I hadn't walked into something. I'd walked into someone.
