Kane POV      The vampire’s back slammed up against the wooden panels of the room, cracking under the weight of the impact as I dug my claws into his throat. He gasped and chocked for air, coughing as he attempted to speak with his wind pipes nearly collapsed. His hands raised, slamming down on my own. The force of the impact shook my grip on the bloodsucker, presenting him with the opportunity to free himself.
