Kane POV
It’s been months since we’ve last seen any traces of my Luna or the mates of my Beta and Gamma. Somehow, they had managed to completely wipe any signs of their existence, as if they had been erased from the face of the earth. My skin burned with anger as I stared down at the small isolated village, nestled just at the edge of the border between our realm, and that of the vampires. The foul stench of humans toiling away at their meaningless lives, potent enough to assault my senses, even from this distance.
I stared down at the village, from atop my perch, envisioning how thrilling it would be to completely uproot every soul in that tiny, frail, and defenseless village. How good it would feel, to witness their return to their Gods. My skin tingled with
