“Hi Aria.” Rose welcomed me to her office with a smile. I smelled coffee instantly but then it is replaced with fait smell of blood and fear. My dead tried eyes land on a skinny girl with black hair. She looked nearly dead. “So this is Hannah.” The girl looked with her big brown eyes at me. I knew that look. Without think I walked up to her and touched her face. Suddenly I watched few tears fell from her eyes.
“shhh, I know.” My finger gently picked the tear off. “Im Aria. I’m not nice I just feel like I know what you been through.” She didn’t break eye contact with me.
“You are a wolf as well.” I nodded. “prove it.” I looked her directly in the eyes and felt my eyes changing it colour to snow white colour. She did exactly the same. Her was red. Like blood mood red. She was alpha.
“Alpha?” I said breaking my gaze and looking at rose.
“and you are a Delta.” I smirked hearing Hannah’s words.
“So what? Scared?” Deltas was breed to be killing machine.
“No opposite. I think we was supposed to met.” She smirked at me back. “I feel we gone be good friends.”
“You do?” I sit down finally and drank the coffee rose poured us few minutes ago.
“i think you guys gone be great friends. I felt it from the moment I met you both.” Rose got in a middle of our talk. “maybe you guys should talk more. Why don’t you don’t invite Hannah to your place?”. If I could kill rose I would have done it right then and there.
“Sure. Follow me.” I said getting up and give rose a death stare. Without looking back I walked up the stairs to my floor and the apartment. Still hearing the foot steps behind me. Once we walked in I nodded to where the kitchen was and watched Hannah just take her sit on one of the chairs.
“Now real talk.” She said with serious face. I took my sit opposite to her and nodded in understanding.” I am not any alpha. My name is Hannah Scarlett Johansson. I have been running for past few years from my brother how wants me dead. So I asked Mr and Mrs. Var, to help me. Then she says I know someone who can. And I meet you today. So what it is Ur deal?” I sighed trying to not to go downstairs and beat the crap out of rose.
“I was assassin few months back. I just left after 12 year of duty.” Man it hurt to even admit that I was part of that.
“So you are independent now? No strings attached?” She looked interested, like I was send by goddess herself.
“I beg you pardon.” I felt my wolf come closer to the surface.” I don’t belong to anyone and I work for no one.”
“hmm” she stood up and clapped her hands in excitement.” Then I can’t wait to work with you.” I stared at her hand for a while and then gived her confused look. “Oh, I will need you to take down my brother. I want to be free like you are.”
“ I’m not here to be your assistance in kill your brother or whatever. I’m here because rose said to be friends with you.” I growled annoyed, when the doors opened wide.
“WHO IS READY TO PARTY!” My eyes met Els who had 5 bags on her arms which where make up bags, extra clothes and other s**t that I was not interested in. “Who are you?” she asked pointing at Hannah, who quickly jumped up from her sit and went to greet her.
“I’m Hannah. Just moved into the apartment next door.” I rolled my eyes which ended up on the clock showing 9 am.
“El, is 9 am. I know I promised you that we gone go out clubbing but why are you here so early???” Ellie smiled with her puppy eyes.
“Because we need to get ready, that means getting you ready. Because I have no idea when you last time seen a shaver. Also, I’m Ellie, you can join us if you want?” I watched as both of them nearly jumped up in happiness when Hannah runners out and came back as fast with her own make up. Goddess, please help me.
