As Aurora and Gracelyn got to know each other, Aurora began to feel a familiarity towards him that exceeded what it should have after only a short time. It was almost as if they’d known each other forever, and she began to see him as a younger brother.
It took them two days to finally find the ideal place to set up shop. The place was 40 square meters and the location was good in that many people had to pass it on their way to and from work. Its rent was higher than many of the other places they’d looked at but Aurora was certain that it would be worth it for the customers they’d draw.
Since Gracely knew more about the business than Aurora, she gave him extensive authority over the decoration, design, and other trivial matters. Seeing how much she trusted him, Gracelyn was very thankful.
