MONIQUE
Dino took me to the Yoon's because I still have work to do there.
"Thank you, Dino. And please tell your Mom thank you for her warm welcome."
Dino just stares at me while nods his head.
I smile at him warmly before heading in but he cuts me off.
"Are we still... Good?" He ask then sighs.
"Off course, Dino. I'm just tired."
When I said that, he seemed to come to life and sigh. And smiled again at me. Those smiles of his I know for the rest of my life.
When I entered the Yoon's, Chairman Yoon was there in the Living room and I immediately paid my respects.
"Good Evening, Chairman."
He just looking at me intently.
Suddenly Mom came out of the kitchen. And she seemed confused as to why I was dressing like this.
"What happened and why are you wearing that?" She aaked whispering at me.
"Expensive clothes is nice to her. It accents her natural beauty." Chairman Yoon said to Mom.
I had a feeling when he said that it wasn't good. And it was as if my whole body was terrified.
But Mom still looks happy with Chairman Yoon's hidden compliment. Maybe she's still thinking about his offer to make me a trainee of their company.
"You're right Chairman Yoon, Monique is really beautiful. Even without make up, my daughter is naturally beautiful"
She was smiling from ear to ear.
Vicenzo cleared his throat. And looks at me.
"Dad? Isn't it too late. Why are you still awake?" He asked his dad.
"You know, Son. When you get older, you wake up more often."
Mom and I were leaving for the kitchen when Chairman Yoon spoke again.
"With Monique's beauty, she really has great potential to be an actress."
Mom was static. I just sighed and closed my eyes.

When I sent Monique home, Henry and Joshua met me at the Bar.
"What's New?" I asked them swallowing the whole content of my shot glass.
"What's new? You're new." Joshua teased while chuckling.
"Dude, I can't believe you're going to be like that with a girl. Wow!"
"Shut up, Joshua. As if you're didn't like this when it comes to Kara"
I banter.
Henry laughs beside me.
"Oh well, You had your point." He continue his drinks.
"How is it?" Henry asked this time.
"Doing great. It's Mina I am thinking about."
It's really Mina I'm thinking about right now. Because I know she still doesn't accept what Monique and I have now. And I don't want what she did to Monique to happen again.
"Speaking of Mina. Kara talked to her." Joshua said while drinking his beer.
"Kara talked to her?" I can’t believe Kara talked to Mina. Because from the very beginning, they didn't really get along.
"More on, I forced Kara. And she said she advised Mina to talk to her parents about marrying Congressman Han. But Mina just left."
I sighs.
"You both know that it's more than just that." it's true that it's more than just marriage when your parents marry you off. The pulse and life of the company depend on you.
So I understand the weight of heart that Mina carries now.
And whatever else we do, it's already Done.

After Mom and I went to Yoon's she left to have a drink and gamble with her friends.
I can't bear to eat at that Yoon's mansion, So now I'm hungry.
The climate is nice today here in Daegu. It starts to snow and the breeze is cold.
I decided to go to the Convenience store and buy Ramen. When I finished preparing the Ramen, I immediately sat outside and waited for it to soften.
I was about to eat when a motorbike stopped in front of me, which surprised me because he was driving too fast.
When he removes the Helmet he's none other than, Dino Choi
The Badboy, The Notorious Bully, My Dino.
"What are you doing here at this time of night? You know it's dangerous. Especially for such a beautiful woman like you." He sat down and before I could speak he took my Ramen and ate it quickly.
Dino was not very well spoken so when he spoke like that I felt a different tremor. And from the looks of it, I knew he was drunk. And I laughed even more because they say that drunk people tell the truth when they are drunk.
He stopped eating and looks at me, He looks too cute.
"Nothing. Your cute." I pinched his cheeks. And removes it.
"I'm not just cute. You know they said I can be a great Model because of my Handsome face and great body. Unfortunately only you can see how handsome and sexy I am." He winks at me playfully then we both laugh.
When he laughed, I could see his real Happiness. He is happy. Is he happy with me?
I parted the hair that was blocking his handsome face. And it was as if all the motion around me had slowed down.
He took my hand and stared at me.
He pulled me closer to him and looked like he was going to kiss me, I was surprised but I closed my eyes.
At this point our faces are close together and our bodies are just a table away.
"I want to kiss you, But not in this place. Not in this state of mine and especially not when you don't want to." He mutters. I think more to himself than to me.
I opened my eyes and we both looked at each other when the car pulled in front of us.
The car dropped the window on the passenger side.
It was Vicenzo.
Dino and I sits down properly but he didn't let go of my hand, as if showing it to Vicenzo.
Vicenzo looked our intertwined hands.
"Monique? Aren't you going home yet? Come, I'll take you home." He offers.
"No need. I can sent her home myself." Dino replied.
Vicenzo just looks at him, And looks at me smiling.
"Are you sure, Monique? Are you okay?" He asks me calmly.
"Yes, Vic. Thank you." I smiled at him warmly, He look at Dino one last time, then he left.
I slapped Dino on the shoulder.
"Ah.. What is that for?" Rubbing his shoulder.
"For you being like a jerk. He's my master's son."
"Yeah, So much for the Master's Son. Calling him by his First name, Oh wait. Nickname." Dino crossed his hands over his chest, Pouting ..
"He doesn't like being called Master or Sir." I laugh at Dino's child face.
He's too cute.
I wanted to see him everyday being like this.
