"Loving you was my monstrous mistake– a mistake I wish never to abandon.”

Aurora Adams a beautiful ambitious 20 year old young woman, having just moved to Mayfair London to fulfill her longing desire to study English Literature and photography at the University of Oxford, slowly accomplishing her many goals. From college to working at the diner and partying recklessly Aurora is somewhat satisfied with her busy life, well that is until a certain situation occurs, or shall I say a certain infuriating man with the appearance of a Greek God suddenly erupting her organized life, causing nothing but chaos.

Adonis Filo a Greek 28 year old business man whom thrives of dominance and loyalty, ruthless to the core when needed, not once showing any weakness, yet having the face of an angel, the most mesmerizing set of grey eyes and built with the body of a celestial being, breathtaking indeed. Son to the dear Mayor of London, cast out of his prestigious family because of his constant rebellious deeds and sinful morals. There were once rumors flying around that he was disowned because of a certain disorder he had which his parents could no longer control and neither could he, well not until an optimistic woman crossed his path.

“I want to be your most amorous nightmare, yet you deviously chose to be mine.”

Fate really knows how to screw us over, yet sometime unbeknown to us it all just works out perfectly or does it?

Messy
“Why am I always attracted to such sinister beings?” Aurora     The earthy scent of rain and the rowdy sound of bustling streets remind me so much of my home, Seattle. It's been my dream for eons to move to Mayfair and complete my studies in English Literature, and believe me I was ecstatic when I finally had the opportunity to relocate.  Though rainy days like today, engulfed by stormy grey clouds makes me want to hop onto the next flight home. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I miss my annoyingly overprotective brothers so damn much!  Five months have passed since the move and besides the fact that I miss my family like crazy, I simply adore living here. I must admit it was extremely lonely and a bit perplexing being in unfamiliar territory at first, it took me a while to adapt properly and not knowing anyone surely did not assist me in anyway, but who doesn't like a worthy challenge. I'm learning as each day goes by.  College is pretty thrilling I've made quite a few, rather weird, friends. They're evidently not the type of crowd I usually hang around, but honestly their awesome human beings, palpably reckless and insane but I guess you could say they have grown on me.  “Daydreaming again, are you now?” Said Maya in her thick British accent, arching a perfectly shaped eyebrow.  I smile, glancing outside the old library window, watching the heavy droplets of rain smash against the glass. “Of course not I'm just wondering if I had to have Lucifers babies if they'd grow horns.”  She bursts out laughing, “oh honey we all know if the devil himself wanted babies I would be the first he comes to,” Maya smugly says.  “Darling, bad guys are always attracted to the purest of souls, something so foreign to you.” She instantly shows me her long tattooed middle finger.  I roll my eyes dramatically and continue to stare at the fascinating window giving the lively rain one last gaze, before I arise from my favorite spot and place a sloppy kiss on Maya's cheek and turn to exit the huge campus library.  Maya is one insane chick, we're practically polar opposites, but she's one of my closest friends.  She's so outgoing, freakishly charming and bat s**t crazy! She has matchless ginger-colored hair, creamy pale skin, emerald-green eyes and a s**t load of tattoos. There are times I envy her, not just for her effortless beauty, but her inimitable personality. Maya can literally get along with anyone.  I on the other hand, well I'm as awkward as a chicken in the ocean.  On my way home, I make a quick stop at Quins café. I immediately greet Freddy by bear-hugging him over the counter, he's such an amazing old man, as well as the owner of this cozy café.  “Eh how has my favorite customer been?” He politely asks.  “Oh I'm fantastic Freddy, as always,” I enthusiastically reply. We carry on making small talk about our week while I sip on my mouth-watering drink. Suddenly Freddy's facial expression changes. I slowly turn around to check what's got this old man so strangely shocked.  To my amazement it's a tall-built man about 6 foot 5 I'd say, dressed in a three-piece black Armani suit I'm guessing, definitely looks expensive and freakishly hot might I add.  As my eyes soon meet his piercing gaze, I find myself somewhat dumbfounded, goddamn is this man beautiful. He has dark brown medium-length hair all tied up in a neat man-bun, thick eyebrows which are shaped so freaking perfect, I'm jealous! High cheekbones with a jawline that could slice my heart, and those damn eyes, the most mesmerizing set of grey eyes I've ever seen. I'm speechless.  That's when I realize I've been staring far too long probably with my jaw touching the ground. I quickly turn around and that's when I see the huge smile plastered on Freddy's wrinkled face. Now I'm confused, who is this man to Freddy, I definitely know it can't be his son, he has all daughters as far as I know.  “Addy is that you?” The old man asks happily. “In the flesh,” to which the hotty replies while seating himself next to me. My stupid self couldn't help but keep on gawking at this gorgeous man. Damn did god take his time on this dude, look at those pink luscious lips, that perfectly sculpted nose, those blazing grey eyes I could get lost it, and his soft dark brown hair that I could just run my fingers through so easily. At this stage I'm practically eye-raping him, I know he might think it's weird but never have I met a man so breathtakingly brilliant.  I hear a throat clear, “why do women stare at me like I'm some sort of miracle worker, honestly it's creepy.” He annoyingly states while handing Freddy some money.  His voice!  Freddy slightly laughs, that's when I snap out of whatever trance I was in and simply avert my eyes while blushing hard, damn my awkward sense!  Mr. Hottie just sighs and looks directly into my eyes, “you're not my type princess,” his eyes quickly roam my body shamelessly before he answers,  “a little too, messy, for my liking.” With that he just walks out of the Cafe, he didn't even say bye to Freddy, what a complete jerk!  “Oh darling don't take what he said to heart, he's like that with everyone,” Freddy sympathetically says.  I just smile kindly, “I don't plan on it old man, who is he anyway I've never seen him around here before?” I asked intrigued by the rudely handsome devil.  He laughs at me before answering, “that's Mr. Filo's son Adonis, he's been away for many years, that's why I was so surprised to see him back home now.”  “He's the mayor's son, wow I did not see that one,” laughing out loud I say, “but why would the mayor's son come all the way here to your pretty little cozy Cafe, I mean it's amazing, but he's like stupid rich, he could practically import black coffee from wherever he fancies.” It's only then I realized I even took note of what he ordered, I hope Freddy doesn't think I'm weird now.  He sighs, “well let's just say he's not a fan of his family, he often came here has a young boy, you could say we're become fond of one another.” Freddy says like a proud father.  “Well, that's touching Freddy, though he's completely rude he didn't even acknowledge you before he left,” I firmly state.  “Yes that's true my dear Aurora, but Addy he's not like everybody else it's not easy for him to show any sort of emotion, but I know he cares. If he did not he wouldn't have even stepped foot back in this Cafe.” He proudly states. Just before I continue speaking we were interrupted by my annoying phone.  “Oh I have to leave Freddy, it's Maya, apparently there's an emergency.” I speedily pay him and leave the Cafe, walking down the busy street, while thinking of that strange encounter. Well, it's not like I'm ever going to see Mr. Hotty again and he did ever so rudely say I'm not his type and he dared to say I'm messy. I take a glance down at my attire, a large brown jersey over my tiny tank top accompanied by boyfriend jeans and biker boots.  A frown invades my face, okay may be compared to him, I'm a little messy?
