LeeAnn pov

I can't believe I was sitting here with Xander the alpha King, I don't really see the big deal about it. He was very good looking with shoulder length dark hair with a goatee that needed to be trimmed but still looked nice, his eyes were green and it showed that his wolf was on the surface, I guess he wanted to watch what was going on as well. i wondered how strong his wolf really was., Lola was watching out from my eyes as well, i don't know why she was doing this because she is always in the background watching and making sure there is no danger, i wasn't paying any attention to the people anymore, i was just sitting there talking to Xander like we known each other our whole lives.

“So, what is your name, little pup? little pup? Of course, he thinks i'm young he is probably older than i am, centeris i old but he only looked like he was only in his twenties,

“The name is LeeAnn, i'm the alpha's daughter,” He nodded, smiling at me,

“I see, and what would your father say if I chose you to be my mate?”

“I don't know, but don't you think that it would be my decision and not his, dont you think?” he chuckled at my response, alright well do you accept me as your chosen mate?” I looked at him thinking, why isn't he just rejecting me instead? Well, I thought to myself, why not? It couldn't get any worse, could it. so i nodded and said,

“Yes , i do accept you as my chosen mate,” he nods and says

“I accept you as my chosen mate, I think we need to tell your father since he is on his way over here.” I gulped thinking my parents are going to kill me for this, but let's face it there is no other mate out there for me, he's the king i could learn so much from him, i don't want the power that comes with it, i just want to learn, My parents made it over to where we were sitting and i noticed that many people were looking our way, sighing i turned back to face my parents wrath,

“LeeAnn honey, you're taking too much of the king's space why don't you go and find your friends while we sit and talk to the king for a few minutes,” I wasn't about to upset them so I was getting up when Xander gently held my arm making me sit back down. my parents saw this but said nothing, i was worried about what they were going to say about us choosing each other, here we go.

‘Alpha Roger Luna Cindy, How nice of you to come over to speak with us, As you know i have been searching for my mate for many years now, Noone knew why i came today, but on the invite you have sent me, i came to choose my mate tonight and i decided to choose your daughter, we have already accepted each other,and we will be leaving as soon as we finish speaking.”

“Wait King Xander, I don't want to leave me things. There are important things in my room I want to take with me. Please don't make me leave them behind.” He nods as he looks over at my parents,

“Luna Cindy, will you help your daughter pack her things she wants to take with her? I would like a word with your mate.” My mother nods as she helps me from my chair, she hurried me out of the hall with everyone looking my way, i knew my mom was freaking out i knew i was going to have a earful from her, but right now what i was really worried what did Xander need to speak with my father about,

Luna Cindy pov

i've been watching my daughter all night. First, these girls kept talking about her, so when she wasn't looking, i walked over to them and told them,

“If you can't obey the rules, then you will need to leave this territory right now. That is my daughter you are talking about. so you have a chose, shut the f**k up or leave,” they were stunned when i walked over and said what is said, i really didn't care how they felt but they will not disrespect my family or my pack, i grabbed a drink from the mini bar looked around for my daughter, i saw her sitting with someone, when i took a closer look, i couldn't believe it she was sitting with King Xander like it was just natuaral to sit with him, i rushed over to Roger and told him what was going on, We stood there watching for awhile, he stopped me when a woman walked over and started talking to them she walked away in a huff,, i wish i was a fly on the wall to hear what they were talking about, we waited a few more minutes than walked over there, we told LeeAnn to go find her friends, i noticed when he placed a hand gently on her arm, and told us about them choosening each other, on the outside i seemed calm but on the inside i was freaking out, i heard rumors about him for years, i wasnt sure if they were true or not, but i had to atleast try and talk my daughter out of it, When she insisted on packing her important items and not leaving them, we went to the pack house, She took three suitcases out putting her clothes in two of them, she had many but i guess she just wanted the ones that she liked the most, she put her photo album and photos her makeup laptop, tablet and many more items in the other one, there was a sudden knock on the door, I went to open it, there was a female at the door smiling at us,

“Hi there, my name is Amanda and im King Xanders Cousin, this is my mate Dell hes the beta, we were asked to come here and get her suitcases, are these the only things you have, are you sure you don't want to take anything else with you?” I wasnt sure if she was being nice or just acting nice, but i have heard of Xanders family, all of them are just hateful and cruel, I watched as She packed another back with half clothes and other items from her dresser, than said,

“This is the last one i promise, i do have money from my business, so i can buy more if needed,”

“Oh you have business? What king do you have? Her mate Dell had asked my daughter,

‘Well i have my restaurant i just have outside of our land, and i have a hotel that im building, Im calling it LeeAnns Hotel, so if humans stay for a few days they wont think anything, they might hear some howling but maybe thats it,” they nodded, than Amanda said,

‘We will take these for you to the car, Xander is still talking to your father and im sure you want some time with your mom, she shut the door, i waited until i couldn't hear them anymore than i spoke,

“LeeAnn you can't be serious, go out there and get your things right now and tell them you changed your mind, have you heard the rumors about that man, you can’t go with him i forbid it, she shocked me when she put her hands on my arms and said,

“Mom, do you realize i've been rejected three times, three times mom, all because i'm not girly enough, or i'm not pretty or they were in love with their chosen mate, what happens if this is my last chance, i'm not going to be with him because of the power, i want to learn what he does, maybe i can improve their warriors, you never know, but im going to go and try, if it doesn't work out i will be back you know this,”

‘And what happens if your mate is there and wants to be with you,”

“Then we will cross that road when it comes, Trust me, i'm scared mom, i'm really am, but something tells me ill be okay,” she hugged me tightly as there was another knock on the door, mom opened it it was Xander and Roger,

Roger came into the room hugging LeeAnn,

“We will come visit in a month honey, I want you to get settled in and get to know everyone, but we will come visit we promise, She nodded than hugged both of us, than we walked them outside, we said our goodbyes then they got into the car and took off, Roger held me as i cried,

i hope in a month our daughter is still alive, Roger,”

Why wouldn't she be, the rumors are not true you know this right, come on let's get back to the party before they think we got killed or something,” We both walked back inside and got bandbarded by many questions,
