Xander pov
I been sitting here most of the night watching everyone walk by when they figured out i was sitting here they hurried away scared., there was no need to be scared of me, but i won't tell them that, The waiter came by and brought my a bottle of whisky, and than left, Roger came by to talk to me and told me how great it was to see me again and then he had to leave to mingle, i was thankful that he didn't say anything about me being here. but once someone came near me they could feel my power they would look in fear and hurry away, i didn’t care i didn’t want to be bothered, But King he was walking around in my head he was looking through my eyes at something than would go back inside my head, he was giving me a headache, I set here watching this woman with a green strapless dress that had a slit up to her thigh walked up to one of the many mini bars grabbing a few drinks than she grabbed another, she walked right over to my table sitting her glass down than sat down in a chair at my table, this woman had guts, didn't she knew who i was, one glance i knew she didn't know who i was, but she kept looking at the crowd getting pissed off, i heard her whisper what is wrong with these people. she was drinking from her glass when she leaned back to me asking
“Why are they looking at us? They look terrified, is it because of me?” I asked, turning to face the man next to me, When she asked me that i knew it wasn't her that they were scared of, but they soon will be, i needed to know how she would react to me once i told her, so i leaned close to her and told her,
“It's not you. They're scared of little pup. They are scared of me and because you're the first one that has ever sat next to me without being forced to. Maybe I should introduce myself, I'm Xandor, the Alpha King.” i replied, She looked wide eyed at me than i heard her heart calm down, like there was no big deal sitting with the Alpha king we where leaning in looking into each others eyes when someone cleared their throat, we slowly looked up at the person, goddess it was f*****g Luara why did she had to interrupt us having a moment together, King growled inside my head he was pissed he liked this girl and Laura was f*****g it up, she walked closely to us running her hand up and down my arm, i shoved her hand away from me, I didnt like how she was glaring at this girl, i didnt even know her name, s**t, i was liking her and i didnt even know her name, well damn, luara pissed me off more when she said,
"If you don't mind, me and my man need to have a conversation., so if you can get your skinny ass up and tiptoe away from here,” Did she just call this girl a skinny ass she was far from being skinny, and i liked that, i had to put her in her place one last time but then the girl had me laughing when she said,
‘Oh you're still here. If you don’t mind, can you get my another bourbon? Please hurry, I'm thirsty. The look on her face said it all, and all i could do was laugh, i needed to put her in her place, and if she didn't like it too bad,
“Laura, I told you not to try anything while we are here, didn't I? I am not your man. You are not my woman. Nothing ever happened between us, and I do not want you. If you do not leave us now, I'll get her father the alpha to put you in a cell for two weeks. After those two weeks, i'll think about coming to get you out. Now leave and go find your mate.” Oh, she was mad alright she stomped her foot and then walked away, I heard her growl softly at the woman with me, i mindlinked her,
“if you don't watch your f*****g step, i swear to the moongoddess i will lock your ass in the dungone for two months now go and mingle, if you try any dumbshit, Laura, you will pay with your mistakes, is that clear?” i had to use my alpha tone on her or she would not listen, she mindlinked me back saying Yes Alpha, she is stubborn and doesn't like to listen, someday shes going to end up hurt or even worse,
