I could feel Millie’s anger radiating off her in the bond, as I made my way to her side still kind of shocked at how she just took control when I was disobeyed. I spoke firmly an confidently. “Mother. This is Millie-Ann Jackson. My Moon Bonded Mate!” as I softly brought Millie around me to standing in front of me. My arms snaked around her hips. “Aren’t we supposed to be meeting you an everyone else is an hour? Why are you here?” I asked with a smirk on my face.

My mother was a strong, smart woman, but she also had a knack for being very vindictive an personalized to people who have wronged her or took something from her. I want all of us to go for a run after introductions. Will finish the trials tomorrow. The Gamma’s will be joining us as well. Its about time we started bonding as a pack. Now that all the ranked member slots have been filled.” I huffed out more orders an Millie said “Who are the Gamma’s, when will I meet them?”

“Will head there now if your ready sweetheart. Otherwise we can take a stroll down the hallway there?”

She just giggled at me, “Derek there both the same thing, ones just walking slower.” She tapped my hands a couple times, telling me she wanted to be released. So I gave her one last squeeze in my arms an let her go. She walked out infront of me an said “Why can we go for a run now, I feel like I’ve had enough fun for now.” She softly whined at me, with a sad puppy face.

I wanted to give into her, but I knew I'd already be breaking one protocol this day by not finishing the trials. I could get away with that, but not her being properly introduced to all the ranked members. Before she's introduced to the rest of the pack. “Sweetheart, Please don’t use that against me like that right now. You know what it will do to me.” She winked at me, with a sly look on her face. Pulling her arms back from my light grip. Then just shrugged her shoulders. “Let’s go then, shall we.”
