Nyx thought about what Eugenie said about Klaus’ father. She wanted answers, but she didn’t have any way to find out more about him.
So, the next day, Nyx joined Celestino for breakfast with a decision she came up with.
“Good morning, Tata,” she greeted as she joined him at the table.
“Good morning. Eat,” Celestino replied, sipping his coffee.
Nyx sipped her coffee and started eating a bagel with cream cheese. She was looking at Celestino while she munched on her bread. Celestino looked up from the newspaper he was reading and met Nyx’s eyes.
“What is it?” he asked.
“I think I already made a decision regarding Thaddeus’ offer,”
She said, and it caught Celestino’s interest. He straightened his back and took a sip of his coffee.
“Okay, what did you decide?”
