Ivan was really wondering why there are a lot of guards around his mate’s house. She is human; everyone else on the property is human except for his son’s nanny. The next day, he visited his son and noticed the increase in guards. Aside from the guards he has sensed hidden around the property, now there are a few added, and they are roaming around the yard.
This time, Ivan noticed that three of them are shifters. One wolf and two tiger shifters. When he was stopped by the guards at the gate, he pulled the window down.
The guard who approached his side of the car was a tiger shifter, and the moment their eyes met, the guard bowed his head.
