TAXI DRIVER

Life is like a game to play....It can be light and easy sometimes.But there's always a situation that we do not know how and why it's happened to us .There's always ups and down.Each of us have a purposed why we are here on earth And a task to fulfill while we still alive .Life is full of mystery ,is just to be alive.It is so plain and so obvious and so simple.And yet , everybody rushes around in a great panic as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.and it say that life is short , live it.We don't waste it being sad.Be who you are, be happy be free , be whatever you want it to be. Much more on that let me tell you about Han's life. It was on 4th day of May 2009 6:00 ,there was a family who decides to take a vacation for their Summer, they decided to go somewhere and enjoy the sweet summer breeze outside,their son was eager to go,because they had been pretty busy lately.Both the mother and the father was same at work most of the time and it is also holiday.they've spend less time together because of work,and their son told his parents to go to his grandpa and grandmas house not in the other place with a tone of excitement.There is so many place to visit in the town, in the park, in the museum, in a pool, in beaches, but the kid wants only to go in their grandparents house.Everyone is busy preparing things , and the father is checking what is the car to be used.He cleaned up and put some gas on it . Hans : can I bring my teddy Bear????( dancing feelings) ( smiled ) I want to bring some of my toys also . William:okay,okay,Han calm down we'll go,just be a good kid once we get there ok? Han:yey!!!(shouted with excitement) Lesley:ooh...noh.. there's a lot of toys there....you really seem excited than usual Han,is my boy already have a girlfriend to meet while we get there? Han:No!! I don't(blushed)Mommy I'm too young to have a girlfriend you know? And as Daddy said I need to finish my course right after I get a girlfriend.( smiling ) Lesley:oohh your blushing....I notice that your eyes full of excitement either. Han:No i don't,no i don't,i don't!!! you're so funny Mommy .but I really don't. Lesley: (giggles)your so cute while angry my dear. William:I have and idea...after we finished breakfast,we pack up our things while i repair the van. Lesley:wait are you saying where going now? William:i don't see yes but why not Every one was preparing for going out. Han:hurray!!!(shouted with more excitement) After they finished breakfast William is repairing the van and Lesley is also preparing their clothes and things and Han was just so excited like he's gonna blow up. William:now lets see if i still got it (Few hours later) Lesley:I have packed up our things honey!!everything we need. so we slept over there? William:okay!!,now i just have to start the engine aaaannd....... (the van's engines starts) William:yes!!! Thank God this van still works,whew i almost forgot i have this van stocked up in my garage.Long time I never used this stuff and checked it then.its working. Han:mom,dad hurry we don't want to keep grandma and grandpa waiting!! Lesley:(giggles)okay mr excited. I guess they will be surprised . You're grandparents do not know that we will visit them soon. William:all right then,lets go!!! Han was feeling great to know that their travelling to his grandparents,he even hugged his father and mother to show that he loved them,as they travel on,something mysterious happened.While Mr. William driven through they feels like just this time they go out.A strange feeling that bound a hundred folds of hugs and embraces .Feel the moment which everyone around. It is just this time again to celebrate to be called as family .Mother and father and the boy named Han .While inside the car.They all sings with favourite songs of Han....This is the songs were Hans in kindergarten. Han,Lesley,and William:(sings) "the wheel's on the van go" "round and round" "round and round" "round and round" "the wheels on the van go "round and round" "all through the town" "the driver of the van go beep ...beep..beep. beep ...beep ...beep all through the town ".. William:you really like singing this song Han, even me i get addicted to it,i often singing it repeatedly. Lesley:its not just often,i always heard you sang it after you got back from work and sometimes you in kitchen ,(giggles)like father like son. William:wait ...really? ...Did I really did that?I can't remember anymore as you observed me Lesley and remind me now.Well this was also my song when I was young same at age of Han, Uhhhmmm..( with a smile on his face) Han:me too dad i also heard you sang it yesterday.( laughing ) William:ah give me a break i was tired of work i really can't remember. but it reminds me.though (The whole family laughs) Han:are we almost there Dad? When that time we go there before ?It a long time Dad?It feels so long ago.now am going back soon to grandma and grandpas house. William:yes son we're almost there we just need to pass this place and where there. Han:so uh what is your work Dad? William:erm.....my work is about selling products , talking some clients to introduce our products and im helping my boss to keep our business running so i help him plan new things to make our business great. Han: that's great Dad ! what's a business Dad does it have legs? William:no it doesn't its kinda like a.. erm. Lesley:uhmm honey why is there a glowing light over there in the forest.( wondering ) William:yeah your right,maybe the people in this place did it. Let's see and check as we pass by in that portion.just be on the right set Han.and you too Honey . Han's Parents were distracted about the light,and Han just sees another light just pops up blocking the road. Han:hey mom,dad look there's another one in the road. William:where son? William saw a strange glowing box blocking the road. It was surprisingly stop the car but???? William:whoah!!!! merlin's mushrooms!!!!!(shouted while panicked). Every one panicked . Instead of pressing the break he turns the driving wheel to the right, hastely, and now the van was going straight to the forest not far from the road until the van crashed into a massive rock, the car bump so strong and broke the front side specially in the driver sets.It was magic ,miraculously Han survived from the back sit and got badly injured,but his parents did not.So long to be rescued because the placed so quite.Just sometimes someone should pass in that area.its all that happened it is tragedy comes along.An incident that would not expected to happened to the family.William never see the sign , because of the glittering light that covers the road .The incidents was driven thru the restricted prone areas and was crushed through the forest. Han:aaww my head it hurts Mom,Dad wake up Mom,Dad wake up Mom wake up...it's so hurt Mom...Dad ..help me.(sniffs)...Dad wake up....(starts to cry)....wake up!(cried) Tears fall down in Han's eyes seeing His mother and father bloody .He cannot get up and run for help because his one legs was under the set.Hans shouted and asking for help , cried and cried until a taxi driver passes by and heard a kid crying in the forest and stops to check in the place where the van crushed .He get his flashlight and he saw Han in the van crying while sitting like a duck,then He called an ambulance emmediately with haste to rescue this family inside the van.The van started to produce smoke and feels it will be on fire soon . (Few minutes later) The ambulance just arrived and there are no people except Han who knows what really happened and the police are still investigating about it, until now they still don't know what just happened.The police department need to cleared the area and bring the situations a mystery .No one can answer them of what was happened except Han.Still surviving to Han to tell to them how the accident goes to them.Even the grand parents of Han's did not know about this .It was hopefully a surprise that the family visited to them. Han's grandparents heard the news and were shocked about it and rushed to the hospital. Bernadette was emmediately picked up her bag and go. Bernadette never think to bring anything she shouted . Darryl come with me... pleased drive me to the hospital.Faster...(breathtaking)( emotions) Darryl go get the key and start the car rushed to the hospital. (Meanwhile at the hospital) After all of this happened that taxi driver who found Han after the accident manage to make Han happy . Bernadette and Darryl comes to the room where only Han's in there . Taxi driver:hey kid what's your name?(asking nicely) How old are you??? ( so lovely say ) Han:My name's Han(sniff) am seven yrs. old. Taxi driver:what a great name you have,you have a cute smile then,and my name is Henry,so uh Han do you like uhm donuts?i will get you some. Han:yeah i do(sniffs) am hungry either. Henry:i like donuts too in fact i love donuts,yeah they're so soft and delicious Han:(starts to cry)...its paining.. Henry:sshh sshh please stop crying,i have and idea if you stop crying i'll buy you donuts,how's that? Han:okay(smiled) Henry:now that's more like it,now stay here with the Doctor and i'll buy you some donuts all right Han:okay(giggles) While Han is waiting for Henry to come back, his Grandparents just arrived and were worried about him . Bernadette:oh dear are you okay i was so worried(sniff)of you. Darryl:(crying while sitting on the chair)my lil fela everything's will be fine soon Han:Grandma why is Grandpa crying?Bernadette: it's your (sniffs) Mom and Dad( also cried). Bernadette cannot say it directly was has happened to his parents .( sad )She stop her tears that Hans cannot noticed her crying too.And hug Han so closely in her arms. Bernadette: I thank God your gonna be okay . And I know you will be fine soon. (Henry was shocked) as he slowly go inside of Han's room were the grand parents of the kid are there too.Henry don't know yet only when Bernadette talk to him. Bernadette: excuse me sir what is this ? Henry: it's donuts ma'am, uhmm, do you wants some? Bernadette: is there a poison on this donut? are you trying to poison my grandson??!!!(anger) Henry: no I just uhhhmmm.....(scared) Doctor: Excuse me ma'am I'm sorry for interrupting but this is a misunderstanding, this man here is the one who save your grandson, he called the ambulance with no hesitation, the kid was badly injured and lost a lot of blood, thanks to him we've managed to treat his injuries with haste, and not only that he also manages to make Hans smiled like that. Bernadette: really? is that true? Han: yes grandma his name is Mr. Henry and he said if I stop crying he would buy me some donuts (smiles) Doctor: I'm really sorry for interrupting ma'am but I don't want no trouble inside this hospital.I just wanted to say what I witnessed to Henry do for your grandson. Bernadette: oh am sorry, thank you so much Doc. I just feel worry about and I did not really yet what was happened.( worried ) Doctor: You're welcome ma'am, it's our job to make citizens happy in Perioquin City so if you'll excuse me i got a business to attend too. I gotta go . Bernadette: I'm sorry too Henry I didn't know, is just that, i just lost my son I was afraid to lose my grandson too (cries) Henry: I understand too ma'am, I...(feels sad) I also lost my wife and our son from a car crashed last two weeks ago and it was all my fault, I was driving the car and it happened so quickly I didn't have time to think , I just can't believed what just happened every now and then I missed them, I....I was starting to think that I have no reason for living in this world anymore, all the loneliness, I lovey family so much I just couldn't bare it, earlier I was planning to commit a suicide, but then I heard some kid crying, I was shocked that I saw a van crashed and I quickly checked if there's someone still have survived, and that's how I met Han, it's very tough to lose someone important to you, I ugh understand how Han feels after the accident, so I tried to make him feel better so I bought him some donuts and also makes me feel better. Bernadette: oh I see (sniffs) I'm sorry for your loss . Everything happened for a reason and accident comes unexpectedly.Feels so glad that you're recovered on that situation. Henry:( feels sad ) it's my fault that I lost them. Bernadette:( seeing Henry face )and now as i watch my grandson smile like that is enough to make me happy, oh thank you so much , by the way and I'm sorry that I don't have something to offer you but it's already enough to see you Han smiles too. Darryl: and I'm thanking you too lad you're such a fine man just like in my old days .it's just remembering all my past days . Bernadette: oh Darryl do you have to bring that up? Darryl: what? Bernadette: ugh you're still hopeless ( giggles ) Henry: ( laughs )and ( smiled) Darryl: you made us smile after all what just happened I thank you so much ( Darryl hugged Henry ) Darryl: anyway your family must be proud of you lad they are really lucky to have you by their side .Hans still alive because of you . Henry : ( feels sad ) Bernadette: thanks again for everything Henry I hope someday we could return a favor . And we can see each other again. Henry: oh by the way , now that you're here to get Han. I have to get back to work now because I'm a taxi driver you know, I have a lot of passengers, so uhm Han be a good boy and take care of yourself okay? Keep your heart warm of goodness of everything while your laying down on your bed .I gotta go and be right back soon . Han: okay Mr. Henry thanks for the donut. Henry: anytime, I gotta go now see you next time, bye !!! ( smiles ) Henry gave the donuts while saying goodbye to Han and rushes to his taxi. (After the funeral ) Han: is Mom and Dad gonna be okay Grandma? where are they ?? Bernadette: Yes Han your Mom and Dad is in better place now. Han: But I already missed them ( with sad tone and starts to cry on) ( Someone just arrived ) Bernadette: oh it's you Han: ( smiles ) Mr. Henry it's you Henry: hey, big fella I bought some donuts for you today Han: hurray!!!!I eat many today!!! yehey Bernadette: oh ( giggles ) ( smiled) you know Henry you really reminded me of my son William, he's also a good man with a lucky wife Lesley, I missed Him and with you it feels like his always be around. Henry: ( giggles ) Bernadette: so ugh how did you know that we will be here? Henry: oh I've figured as much because I've known this city a lot and this is the only church existing in this city, well to be honest though this is the quite nice looking church inside rather than on the outside even though it's not that big, I want to see Han if his doing all right so I checked here from time to time maybe I get to see Han again.And what a coincidence I visit here and also all of you guys are here too.( so much happiness felt ) Bernadette: wow how thoughtful of you maybe I starting to understand why Han like you so much, I think he sees you as his dad infact you two are just the same. I just now wondering why Han's smiling at you as always .You a have good heart . Your creeping me out. Darryl: You're really right about that Bernadette. ( Both Darryl and Bernadette laughs ) Henry: Hey what's so funny ? Han: uhhhmmm Mr. Henry my Dad said he's working on a business with legs so what's your work? Henry: I work as a taxi driver Han: what's taxi driver? Henry: it's a work that uhmmm...helping someone arrived in their destination but in exchange, they gave you some money, it's called a fare. I drove around the city all the time to invite people to ride on my car. That's my work Han. Han: really,? can I be like you when I grow up? Henry: Yes as long as you eat a lots of food specially lots of vegetables, don't eat too much donut it's bad for your teeth you just need to eat twice a day okay, don't forget to be kind to others, and you will grow up a strong, cool, and a fine man like your Grandpa did.As what your father's have. Bernadette: ugh here we go again.donuts.....donuts ....donuts.... that's your favourite desserts.right? ( Henry, Bernadette and Darryl laughs ) As the year passed by, Han continues to grow with a smile on his face because Henry was always there for him, he visits Han from time to time in his grandparent's house after his work, especially at Han's birthday. And so Henry is like a father to Han and he was like a son to him, Henry gave Han a reason to live and that is to make Han smile. ( The end of chapter one )
