Chapter 9 Club Time

Arabella POV

I wake up thinking about what Ethan & I talked about. I feel that I was way too nice to him by giving him another chance. Maybe I could tell him that the second chance was to be friends again. I don’t think I can get to a relationship with him. After everything happened I feel that he moved on quickly. Not saying he can’t but that he isn’t the type who does that he made me promise him that I would be the only one he ever loved. That if he were to mess up to give another chance. I feel like he is hiding someone from me. I would have to him if he gives me an incomplete answer. I'm going to ask Ama if she knows something. My train of thought was cut off by my phone ring I answered “Hello” “Hi baby” Ethan says. “Ethan please don’t call me baby.” I say “What wrong? What happened?” He says every quickly. “Ethan I decided to give you another chance but we aren’t starting where we left off.” I say trying to be nice. “Bu-But I thought that we were going to give our relationship another chance.” He says quietly. “Ethan, look I love you so much but if we want to have a relationship. For me I don’t want to pick up where we left off but I want to start all over. If you don’t want to do it’s fine I understand.” I say hoping that he would want to start all over. If he doesn’t then I would have to respect his choice and move on. “Baby I know what I did to you was wrong but I had every intention to move to New York to work on the business my dad and to hopefully start a new one with you. I wasn’t able to because my dad told me a few things that I will tell you every soon okay Baby. I’m willing to start all over with you princess and make  you happy. How about we go out to dinner to celebrate you graduating and to the start of our relationship.” he says in a broken tone, almost making crying in the process. “Ohh Ethan, why didn’t you tell me that in the beginning . I can’t go out today. My friends are taking me somewhere to celebrate that we graduated.” I say trying not to give away that we are going to the club. If he finds out then I won’t be able to go and I will get in trouble for not telling him. “Bella you aren’t going to the club right my love.” he says  in a serious tone. “Ales I don’t know where they are taking me. If it’s a club will it be a bad thing?” I say trying to convince him “Mia Bella I don’t want men staring at you. I’m the only that can do baby. If you go to a club it will only be with me. Also if I find out you are or went to a club just know that i will punish you baby.” He says. I can imagine him smirking right now. His punishments are great if you know what I mean. “What if I want to punished Ales?” I say trying to be seductive. “Ugh Baby please don’t do that right now. You are lucky we aren’t in the same room or we would have done it for hours.” He says in a husky tone. “Mmm that doesn’t sound bad but I have to take a raincheck maybe another time.” I say giggling. “Bella when I see you again I will make sure you don’t leave me again.” He says. “Ales  just know that I live on my own so I can lock my house and you won’t be able to come in.” I say giggling. “I know that Bella you are too kind to leave me outside.” He says. “Ugh I hate how you are right and I believe you have to go to work. I will leave you to it and I have to start doing my work.” I say “Wait before you hang up. I would like for you to help me design a house for a project I have.” He says. “Uh sure but why do you need me to help.” I say. “I need your help because he is married and I need your help to make the house more homey.” He says. “Sure why not how about tomorrow at 9 am.” I say. “Yes yes that works great but can you come over to my house I’ll need you the location.” He says. “Yeah that fine I have to go Ales see you tomorrow.” I say. “Bye I love you so much Bella don’t forget that okay.” He says hanging up. I decided to eat cereal and start on my fall designs. It was 2pm when my mom calls me. “Hi mom” I say. “So now you remember you have a mother.” She says dramatically. “Mom, don't be dramatic. I have had an overwhelming two days.”  I say. “Why is that sweetheart.” she says worried. “I met up with Amara 2 days ago and yesterday we talked about our friendship. I decided to give her another chance but that we would have to start all over again-” I say but cuts me off. “That's good baby. I knew you and her would be friends in no time.” She says. “Mom is there someone in the room with you?” I say before telling her about Ales. “No sweetheart I’m in the living room.” She says. “Can you go to my room and sit on my bed? The next thing might shock and I don’t need anyone else to know this.” I say. “Okay sweetheart I’m in your room and sitting down.” she says. “Ethan found out that Amara and I were having lunch and he came to meet us. He told how sorry he was for letting me down and for all the pain he had caused me. He started to cry. How do I know if he is telling the truth?” I say sadly. “Oh my baby how I wish I could hug you. I think he is telling the truth would any man cry after losing the girl they love. I have always known that he loves. Maybe there was something that caused him to do that.” She says. “I was thinking about that today. He kind of confirmed it to me that he was forced to do this. I don’t know why but I have a bad feeling about this.” I say. “Sweetheart, always trust your gut okay no matter what.” She says. “Yes mom I will. Also I decided to give another chance to be my friend. He got so sad when I told him I didn’t want to continue our relationship where we left off. I was glad he agreed to it.” I say. “That good baby always do what you want to do and what feels the safest. I have to go. Your dad came home for lunch. Will you come for lunch or dinner.” She says. “I would but Ethan asked me to spend the day with him. On Sunday I will spend the whole day with you okay.” I say. “Okay you better keep that promise little girl.” she says. “I will mommy. I love you so much bye.” I say. “Aren’t you a little too old to call me mommy and I love you too- Hey honey” she says before hanging up because she heard my dad yelling for her. After the call with my I looked at the time and saw it was 3pm and I decided to order some perroni pizza with jalapeno with some cake and I watched TVD for 2 hours before I started to get ready. I saw that I passed my 2 hour limit on watching TVD but the show is just getting good. I decided to take a shower. When I was done I blow dried my hair and curled it. I picked out underwear, a bra and I put on a rope. I look through my clothes to see which I’m going to wear. I finally decided on a black two piece. If Ales was here he wouldn’t approve of. I hope he doesn’t find out about this. I have everything I need. I called Amara “Hey” she said. “Are you coming to my house now?” I say. “Yeah I’m outside I was going to call you but you called me.” she says. “Oh Okay. I’m going now.” I say hanging up. I checked that all my windows were closed and then I locked my front door. I get in her car and ask her “Does Ales know you are going to the club? Also do you know what he is hiding.” “Yes why? No what could possibly be hiding.” she says. “Oh nothing. Does he still track you? He told me he was forced to do a few things for his dad.” I say. “I actually don’t know if he still does that. Why so many questions Mia? Really he hasn’t told me anything if I find out something I will text you or call you.” she says. “Uh it’s just I will get in trouble because I lied about not knowing if I was going to a club. Thank you Ama.” I say shyly. “Oh Okay. Let’s hope he doesn’t find out.” she says. We get to the club and I find my friends. I introduce Ama to Avery, Olivia, Greyson, and Klaus. They all said I to each other. They all went to dance. I decided to order myself shots. I took about 5 when I saw Ales coming my way. I decided to run into the dance floor before he could find me. I thought I was in the clear when I felt someone’s hands around my waist. I hear close to my ear “What are you doing in a club Bella?” He said husky and sounded angry. “Uh-uh well you see I was invited and we decided to celebrate our graduation.” I say. “What have I told you about going to clubs without me.” He says. “You know what, I don’t need your permission to go out to a club. You aren’t my boyfriend or my dad. You are just an acquaintance to me with history that’s it.” I say getting frustrated and angry with him telling me what to do. “I know I’m not your boyfriend or your dad. What else do you want me to do for you to forgive me.” He says in a softer tone. “Nothing Ethan the damage is done. If you want to fix this between us whatever we have. You can’t control me, or act possessive toward me.” I say walking away. I was about to call my mom to come and pick me up. When Ales tells me he will drop me off at my house.
