I sat beside Tyler like usual and noted down the things that I found important in the four-hour-long lecture while Tyler was busy texting Wesley. Nothing new there. Most of my time went by in thinking about Lilith’s reaction after my last move for the day.
Our professor was done with his topic ten minutes early today, and I was more than happy to leave the classroom and headed to Lilith’s floor. I stood in front of her class and waited for the lecture to end while scrolling on my phone.
I was counting the seconds for the lecture to end when the Principal’s secretary called me and asked me to check the names of football players for this year on the bulletin board which is right in front of the cafeteria.
