Chapter Three

"I'm not playing with your Muthafucker a*s, I told your a*s about this s**t here, just get out my face." Mason said to one of the c***k heads he sell to. The man smacked his lips and walked off. Mason just shook his head. He was standing at the corner store he sell at. This was his block. Everyone knew Mason even the damn police that smoke.

"Aye Mason you got some good for me?" One of the pot head asked walking up to him. He looked at him and pulled out the w**d. They dapped exchanging their things. "Thanks man." Mason just gave him a head nod. He was ready to go home, take a shower and get into the bed. It been a long day and seem like a even longer night. Mason looked at what he had and shook his head. He could sell what he tomorrow in school. It was just a dub of w**d. He start walking home when he swear he saw Dani arguing with someone.

"You have me out here to argue Trevor, you said you had somethings important to talk about not f*****g yell at me." Dani said to her ex boyfriend. He just pop up at her house when she got back from dinner with her dad and brother and asked to talk. They broke up once Dani turn 16 and she wouldn't give him her v card. Mason looked over and saw the boy slap Dani to the ground. His blood start boiling and he ran over.

"Yo what the f**k wrong with you homeboy, putting your hands a female." Mason said punching him to the ground. He went to Dani and saw she was crying. He helped her up and she looked at him. She didn't know what to say so she walked off. She couldn't believe Trevor hit her. "Wait Dami damn!" Mason yelled. He didn't know what was up with this girl. It like every time he tried to talk to her. She diss him. He didn't know what he did to her. Dani stop and turn around.

"What do you want?, I have nothing for you ok, why do you continue to try and make a friendly conversation when all you probably want is to f**k the ugly fat b***h and brag about it to your friends, just please leave me alone." Dani said crying and walking back home. She wasn't about to fall for another boy game. She was sick and tired of getting played with. Only sixteen and done had her heart broken into a million pieces. No one could fix that. When Dani reach her house she walked in and went straight upstairs to her room.

She kicked her shoes off and laid down. She just cried herself to sleep. She was more than hurt. She felt if she ever had a chance with Mason it was blew. She just cured that boy out for no reason. He was only trying to help her. Her got damn insecurities getting the best of her. All because of seeing that beautiful smile of Mason.

"Dani why you didn't go to school today?" Devon asked as Dani walked in the kitchen. He was in there doing his homework. All his classes was in the morning. It was 1 in the afternoon and he thought his sister was gone the whole time.

"Wasn't feeling good, daddy know I didn't go so don't worry." Dani walking out the kitchen and back upstairs with a tray full of snacks. She was going eat all of pain and problems away. What was the point. Nobody wanted this fat b***h anyway. Dani thought as she sat on her bed. She open the ice cream and start eating it.

"Dani what's going on with you, you been acting strange for the last two days, now come on spill the tea." Devon said from her bedroom door. Dani looked up at him and back at the ice cream. She had just realized what she was doing. She said it down and stood up running to the bathroom to throw it all back up. "Hell naw Dani, don't you start back doing that s**t, how many time do we have to tell you, that you are a beautiful plus size girl, don't worry about nobody else opinion, if you don't love yourself no one will, no come on get up." Devon said helping his sister up.

They walked back to her room and Dani sat on the bed. Devon sat in the chair next to her.

"Devon I don't like been a big girl, what can't I be like the model in those magazines, why can't I be fix like a video vixen, no going every want to be seen with someone as big as a damn whale." Dani said crying in her knees. Devon grabbed his sister face making her look at him.

"You are not a whale Dani, everyone not made like a damn Barbie, you want to be one of them girls that get plastic surgery done to their body, you want to keep having to go to the doctor when your fake t**s or a*s falling off or coming apart, no I didn't think so shut the f**k up, you done had one boyfriend and probably could get a million more, you have to have faith in yourself, stop talking down on yourself, come on get up." Devon said helping her off the bed. They walked to her full length mirror and she looked at herself.

"You remember when I was fat as f**k in high school, I thought no girl would go with my fat a*s because I had fat and instead of muscle. I was wrong because Nia looked at me like I was one of the built niggas, she hated when I lost all my weight, I had to learn to love myself before I could love her and that what she fall to realize, what I'm trying to say Dani is everyone is built the way the man upstairs wanted us built, you can't change nothing about that, well you can but don't it too much to go through, we love this Dani don't change for someone else if you going change, change for your damn self." Devon said kissing his sister cheek. He walked out her room shutting the door.

"You're ugly, no one would love you, you would never love your damn self." Dani said as she looked in the mirror. She shook her head and laid down. She just went to sleep. She had to sleep on what her brother said to her.
