The Sister….

Will Freddy Miller proceed to Dean’s office

The announcement interrupts the class he was following, and it raises questions from his colleagues, since they know that Freddy was one of model student…. He was humble, never causes any trouble or problems, easy to work with, and his grade was normal…..

So, upon hearing the dean is calling for him raises concern to his class, and Freddy can hear murmurs as the professor nods at him, and let him off his class….

He too was wandering what make him being summoned to the dean office…

And he wishes to get the answer as he reaches the dean office and knocked on his door…

“Ah, Freddy…. Come on in….!” Called the Dean…

Who are they…? Wait…. Isn’t that….? Asked Freddy when he saw a couple was sitting in front of the dean’s desk, and when the couple turned their face towards him, he was stunned….

“Freddy, this is the family of Febri…” said the dean, introducing the couple who he recognizes from the photo he saw hangs at the wall of the house where the girl lives….

The woman extended her arm…

“I’m Agustina Swan…. I’m Febri’s sister…” She said introducing herself to the young man who trembles a little at the presence of the mature looking woman, who he guesses about four or five years older than her sister…

“Ryan…” said the man, shaking his hand steadily….

“Take that chair, Fred….” Ordered the Dean that makes Freddy feels awkward as he pulls a folded chair and sit near the couple…

His eyes looked at the Dean, his heart pounding…

What is this all about…? Why are they here…? Is anything happened with babe…? He thought, fully concern about the wellbeing of the girl who broke his nose and storms out of his life just like that….

But he also worried if the family of his girl wanted to come and sue him for any unpleasantness he caused her….

If they want to intimidate him, they already succeeded….

The woman looked at the Deam who give her permission to talk…

“Freddy, I came here to apologize about my sister hostility that injured you….” She said with calm, and clear intonation….

“We would like to compensate your medical expenses, including the coming expenses for your recovery…. But I would like to ask you, not to press charges on my sister….”

Freddy can hear the pleading tone from the woman…

“Please consider it, Fred….” Said Ryan… “It will be a hassle if you report this to the police…”

The couple was surprised as Freddy abruptly raises his head and looked sharply towards the man…. Even the Dead was surprised because he knows how humble and patience his student was, even when he himself want to call the police, it was Freddy, still bleeding, who stopped him….

“Sir, Ma’am… Thank you so much for the offer, but I can take care of myself….” He said sternly

“You don’t have to worry, because if I wanted to, I would have reported it already, no matter how hassle it may get….” He said, standing up and said to the Dean…

“If there is nothing else, I would like to excuse myself, I have class to attend to…” He said, leaving the dean’s office, leaving those three people in shock, looking at his sternness…

Freddy walks slowly towards the gate when he saw Agustina waiting for him, next to the SUV that once picked up Febri…

The SUV that makes him gloom

“Damn, Bro…” said a friend that walks with him….

“You already have the replacement of the maniac…?” asked the other…

“Now, this one you can call a girl….”

Freddy just sighs in his heart….

If only they knew who she really is….

His head still fuzzy from the meeting….

What the hell is going on….? He thought as he was approaching the gate of the campus, and there he saw the sister, waiting on him…

"Freddy...." Said the woman, blocking him as he tries to avoid her….

“Please, follow me….” She said in stern voice, the same tone owned by her sister…. The tone that makes him out of option but follows….

Scratching his not itchy back of his head, Freddy then enters the passenger seat at the back of the SUV that brought him away from the campus under the scrutinizing eyes of the other student that still thinks that Freddy finally has someone more womanlike to replace the menace named Febriana….

In a luxurious café, Freddy found himself sitting in front of the couple, and the young man can see how nervous the husband under the stabbing, fiery gaze of his wife….

Sighing, surrender to his wife, the man then said….

“Fred…. I apologize if I offended you earlier…” He said, looking at the table, afraid to look at his wife who he feels were looking at him like angrily….

Freddy stunned to the scene…

It runs in her family….

“Fred…. I am truly grateful that you did not press any charges for my sister, even though she had broken your nose….”

“Well, Ma’am…” He said…

“Call me Tina, I’m not that old…” said the woman, looking sternly to the young man….

What’s wrong with these sisters….?

“Well…. Umm… Tina…. I mean… I do play a part on how I got injured…” said Freddy that makes the woman realize on how patience the young man was facing her sister….

“I accidentally looked at her ID… And it was my mistake to remind her about her age, which was three years older than me…. I have no ill intension whatsoever…. I just excited to know more detail about her….”

The woman sighs, she looks sad….

“Do you love her, Fred…?” She asked suddenly…

Freddy was startled to the question but quickly replied… “Yes…. I am…. I love Febri… I really love her…”

“Are you serious…?” She asked sternly

“I am serious…. I love Febri…. I’m not fooling around….” He answered wholeheartedly….

For a moment the woman turns her sight to her husband who nods at her, as if agreeing to what his wife about to do….

“Let see how serious you are after I finish my story…”
