Making my way through Spain towards Benidorm. Another long tunnel through the mountains and another toll, €11.67 Once through the tunnel there was some great scenery along the Autopista de Montserrat, a lovely road to drive on, smooth and easy with flowing curves. The weather brightened up, it had been raining earlier in the day, not heavily but enough to be dispiriting.
Despite my tiredness, felt f*****g fantastic. Getting into Spain was such a load of my mind. And body. Hoping to make good distance today. It’s about 600k from the Spanish border to Benidorm. Should do it in about 6 hours. Mind, that’ll have been another 8 or 9 hours on the road and it could be dark when I get there. Possibly another night in the car, get to Be
