"In Venice, the waters of the canals never freeze... except on the night she was born."

It all began with a cry of agony on a stormy night, and a desperate decision by a father willing to do anything to save his wife. Alex crushed the petals of the rare "Blue Flower" to create a life-saving elixir, unaware that it wasn't just a medicinal herb—it was an ancient prophecy that had now found a home in his unborn daughter's body.

Venus was born with a mysterious tattoo of blue petals on her neck and a silver shimmer in her eyes that didn't belong to this world. With her very first breath, the water around her turned to solid ice, announcing the birth of the "Frost Queen" in the heart of the Water City.

As her parents struggle to hide her secret from the clandestine organizations hunting the powers of myth, a mysterious woman with sky-colored hair appears in Venus's dreams, calling her to embrace her destiny.

Will Venus be able to live as an ordinary girl in the streets of Italy? Or will the prophecy force her to leave everything behind to face her fate atop the icy hill?

Hidden within ancient manuscripts and the shadows of secret organizations, Venus discovers that her destiny is not just to flee, but to reclaim a throne frozen in time—and to protect her family in a war between the flowers of light and the shadows of Obsidian.

"We do not choose the power... the power chooses us. And the price is always high."

Chapter One - The Birth of Ice in the Water City
On the summit of a hill draped in ice, a woman stood. Her hair flowed like the endless sky, and her skin was as pure as the driven snow, waiting for the first light of dawn. As the sun began to grace the horizon of a new day... The woman spoke: "The time of the legend has come." She descended from the hill to find a group of children playing. They gathered around her, pleading, "Our Queen, tell us a story." The Queen smiled, sitting amongst them on the cold earth, and began her tale: "Once upon a time, it was said that there lived a blue flower possessing icy powers unknown to the world. All people knew was that this flower provided nourishment for the body." Meanwhile, on Planet Earth—specifically in Europe, Italy—the streets of Venice echoed with cries of agony. A thirty-year-old woman named Aline was in the throes of labor. Her husband, Alex, thirty-two, frantically called their private physician. "Dr. Mary, my wife is giving birth!" Alex shouted, his voice trembling with fear. "Do not worry, Mr. Alex, I am on my way," Dr. Mary replied. "Fetch the Blue Flower, crush it, mix it with water, and have her drink it. It will soothe the pain." Alex obeyed. He crushed the petals, mixed the infusion, and gave it to Aline. Within moments, he noticed a strange calm wash over his wife. Soon, Dr. Mary arrived and delivered the child. "Mr. Alex," Dr. Mary said softly, "you have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl." "Thank you, Doctor. May I hold her?" "Yes, but..." Mary hesitated, her eyes clouded with concern. "What is it?! Did something happen?" "No, but... there is a tattoo of a flower on her neck. Did you give your wife the flower powder just now?" Terror and anxiety flashed across Alex's face. He pulled the doctor into another room, whispering urgently, "Do not tell anyone, do you understand?" Hearing his wife’s call, Alex went to her side. Later that evening, they returned home and surrendered to the night. But sleep would not touch Alex’s eyes on that extraordinary night. He lay beside Aline, who was in a deep slumber thanks to the effects of the Blue Flower, but his mind was a storm of unanswered questions. Outside, Venice was silent; the rhythm of the canal water lapping against ancient walls was steady, but inside, a secret was breathing—a secret that could change history. Alex rose quietly and walked toward the cradle. His daughter looked like a small angel, but under the moonlight streaming through the window, the tattoo on her neck pulsed with a faint purple hue, as if it were a living creature breathing with her. It wasn't mere ink; it was a delicate etching of the very petals he had crushed with his own hands. He remembered Dr. Mary’s muffled warning, and a chill ran through his veins. Had he committed a mistake? Or was it destiny that guided his hand to that specific flower? Back on the icy hill, the sky-haired woman continued her story to the children, who held their breath in anticipation. "The flower does not choose who picks it," she said mysteriously. "It chooses who is worthy of its power. The child born in the City of Water now carries the key of ice in her veins. But power always attracts the greedy." "Will they hurt her, Queen?" one child asked fearfully. The Queen looked toward the distant horizon, where the sun began to paint the sky in purple shades identical to the flower. "The conflict began the moment the flower’s essence mingled with the child’s blood. In Venice, there are those who watch, and those who wait." Back in the small room in Italy, the infant suddenly opened her eyes. They weren't blue like other babies; they held a strange silver shimmer, like light reflecting off ice. She didn't cry. Instead, she stared at the window as if seeing something invisible to her father. In that moment, the water in the glass on the nightstand froze into a solid block of ice within seconds. Alex recoiled, stumbling against a wooden chair. The frozen glass fell, shattering into a thousand shimmering shards. Aline woke up startled: "Alex? What happened?" Gasps for air, Alex looked at his wife, then at the child who had closed her eyes as if nothing had happened. "Nothing, darling... just a glass that broke. Go back to sleep." But in his heart, he knew their peaceful life was over. Little Venus was born, and with her, the legend of the Blue Flower was reborn. As Alex stared at the pulsing tattoo, his memory drifted back to that dark night in the alleys of Venice, when he knocked on a dilapidated shop door in search of the impossible... - Flashback - Venice was shrouded in mist on a moonless night when Alex ventured deep into the winding alleys of Cannaregio, far from the tourists and grand plazas. He was searching for the "Old Mercato Shop," a place rumored to hold a cure for every ailment. He stopped before a worn wooden door smelling of ancient spices and bitter dried herbs. He knocked three times. An old woman with eyes like pieces of amber opened it. "Alex... I knew your fear for your wife would lead you here," she rasped. Inside, shelves groaned under the weight of colored glass jars. In the center, under a glass dome, sat the Blue Flower. It was unlike any plant he had ever seen; its petals were transparent as if carved from pure ice, emitting a faint blue glow that pierced the darkness. "This is no ordinary flower, my son," the old woman said, placing a withered hand on his shoulder. "It is a remnant of an era when the sun was not the ruler. It gives life to those who drink it, but it leaves its mark on those born from it. Are you ready to pay the price?" With trembling hands, Alex placed a pouch of coins on the table. "I will do anything for Aline and my child to live." The old woman gave a mysterious laugh as she handed him the flower. "Take it, then. But remember... ice is merciless, and the flower does not forget its roots. When the waters begin to freeze, know that the time to pay the debt has come." Alex left, hiding the flower under his coat. He felt its chill piercing his chest, unaware that his footprints on the stone left behind a thin layer of frost, even in the heart of the Italian summer. - Back to Present -
