Chapter 1
There was a talented bard that was loved all throughout the western lands as his songs gave people hope and serenity every time he was around to sing and vocalize his emotions for everyone to see. Even all animals have come and seen him just to hear his melodic voice as not only humans feel his positivity and joy but also animals ranging from bees to even bears.
Due to his reputation being spread across the lands, his songs have also reached the eastern lands. The seclusive eastern territories are known to be protective to their own kind and prefer to be left alone from the world's problems as they will deal with their own but just like a cat with a yarn ball, they've grown very curious with the bard and his melodies. The King Cateo acknowledged the rumors and murmurs of his people therefore he sent a letter to the west to be given to the Bard. The Bard did not write back so The King has sent another one after another and then another and yet no reply whatsoever. Annoyed and furious, King Cateo said "gather the troops, as this Bard has disrespected me and the entire eastern lands!". As they leave at dawn, King Cateo and few with his trusted troop have never seen the outside world so clear and majestic yet they have made haste to meet the so-called "rude" Bard.
The Bard hums as he is surrounded by pieces of papers. He sings and dances around the center fountain. Many people are cheering him and dancing to all of his tunes. However, the people suddenly stopped once they saw who was standing from a distance. King Cateo and his men confront the Bard.
King Cateo says "Are you the Bard that ignores the crown??"
The Bard said "Was there a person of such royalty that seeks me?"
The King was confused "... Have you no sight of whom is in front of you?"
"I have never seen anything all my life. I just felt the world and sang as I pleased. The darkness robs me of my eyes but not of my soul"
The King was surprised and astonished as he looked around the people around the Bard and they began to cry to know what he had been through and that he just conveys what he simply feels while not knowing he is blind. The King Cateo proclaims "This misunderstanding is over! This Bard is now a friend of the Eastern Lands!" The crowd cheers and celebrates the night as true prosperity happens only when you're willing to 'see'.
