CHAPTER THIRTEEN Months passed swiftly yet those three months were indeed a long and bumpy journey for me. As soon as I stepped outside the airport, the camera flashed at every angle, making my eyes uncomfortable. I've been expecting something like this to happen and I thought that I was well prepared for this moment but I was wrong. ‘Gosh! I hope they'll edit my photos and make me look pretty in magazines,’ I thought as I waved and gave the media my beautiful smile.
