"Hello.... Anybody there?" Trevor knocked on the house's door. He didn't know why but the house before him looked somewhat familiar although he couldn't remember from where. "Hello..... Any body there!" he called out again but got no answer. He reached for the door knob and tried to open the door but it was shut tight. He decided to circle the house and check if the back door was open. Inside his heart, he could feel an impending danger. But there was no other way out of here. And if there was, then this house could be a clue. The clouds above the house seemed a little darker. And the house have off a heavy dark aura. This time when he tried to open the door, it hinged freely. "Finally..." Trevor breathed a sigh of relief. But just as he was about to step in through the door, he halted. Something told him not to proceed. And something horrifying would be waiting for him inside. He retracted his leg looked into the dark house through the door. "aghhh... This creepy thing," he growled as he felt a hint of fear crawl up his spine. He promptly stepped away from the house and decided to sit by a tree nearby. He waited for a full hour but nothing happened. He continuously looked at the door over and over again. The open door tempted him to his core. Groaning in unwillingness, Trevor stood up and approached the house again. But as he tried to step in again, he got second thoughts again; "No! I can't do this." "But you have to do it. It's either this or you stay in the book forever." He had an inward debate with himself. Clenching his fists, he had no other choice but to enter the house. The house was pitch black and he couldn't see a thing but the things next to the windows where light from outside penetrated. Just as he took two steps forward, he heard the door behind screech as they closed. "Oh, God! That creepy thing that happens in horror movies." he immediately regretted entering the house. But he couldn't turn back now, he had to find the exit out of this book as quickly as possible. He channeled some of his stored mana through his hand and formed a flame in his palm to help him see in the dark house. And the first thing he saw was furniture covered in white sheets. Cobwebs decorated all four corners of the sitting room. And a layer of dust covered the ground. "Hello... Anyone home?" he called out once again. But all he got was an eerie silence. After calling four more times and got no answer. He decided to explore the house. After searching for about two minutes, he noticed a staircase that led upstairs. He stood there motionless as he stared at the dark abyss beyond the staircase. He debated with himself and the only thing he could do was to climb up the staircase. As Trevor set his foot on the first step, the wood screeched as if it had been there for a hundred plus years and were on the verge of breaking. He placed his other foot on the next step and another round of screeching filled the air. He slowly advances up the stairway as he braced his heart for the worst. Just below at the foot of the staircase, a pair of odd eyes stared at Trevor's advance through the darkness. One eye lit green while the other lit red. Trevor could feel an immense pressure radiate from behind him. He quickly turned behind him and cast the fire's light but saw nothing. "Oh, God. Why did u end up in a horror movie?" He focused ahead of him and advanced the stairway. When he got upstairs, the first thing that greeted him was a corridor filled with odd paintings. The paintings gave Trevor a feeling that they were alive. "Creepy paintings! Let me guess. As I move forward they'll start staring at me." Trevor swallowed, "I hope not." He advanced forward and checked every door he saw. He opened them one by one but couldn't find locate a single thread of life in the house. He tagged his hair in frustration after opening the fifth door and found nothing. And just then, he realized that two more doors were left. He opened the sixth but found nothing then proceeded to the seventh and was locked. "Hello..." he knocked on the door as he tried to turn the knob. But it didn't open at all. And there was no response from the other side of the door. At least now he had a clue. Of all the 7 doors, only this one was locked. That meant that whatever he wanted must be behind these doors. The fear that slowly piled inside him started adding and was replaced with excitement. He desperately wanted to leave this living horror movie as soon as possible. He slammed the door with his shoulders a couple of times before it creaked open. He noticed a figure seated by a window looking blankly at the curtains. "Hello.... Sir. May I know where I am please." Trevor asked. No answer! "Sir..." No answer! "Sir...." "Y E S!" a high-pitched old man's voice filled the room. It broke constantly giving it a creepy vibration. The man seated in the chair turned his head 360 degrees and looked at Trevor. "What the F*ck! Trevor cursed in fear and knocked down a lamp on a drawer as he stepped back. His spine was now completely shivering. Although he had seen creepy things before. Mostly rogues in the previous dungeons, this was just too much for him. "Uh... W... M..... Si.." he swallowed whatever word he wanted to say as his voice shivered. "What is it, young man? Are you frightened?" the creepy man said as he stood up from his seat. Trevor tried to exit the room but found out that the door was already shut. He could only lean against it and breathe heavily as he watched the creepy old man close in on him. The creepy man's body let out a sound of cracking bones as it turned 360 degrees to align with its head. "What the f**king hell! Stay away from me!" Trevor said in panic and threw the flame on his palm at the man. But the flame disappeared immediately it touched the creepy man and smoke emitted from his mouth as if he had just inhaled smoke from a cigarette. That did it for Trevor. Earlier he had turned into a rapper in fear when he fell from the sky. Now, he had become a pregnant woman yelling for the doctors to take out the baby. The creepy man took two steps forward before tilting his head with a wicked smile. "Please don't do that creepy walking thing demons do," Trevor begged inwardly. But as if the universe wanted him to pay fie something he had done, the creepy man started advancing at Trevor at a first pace and moved in a rigid pattern as if he had no joints. " Ahh... Sh*t!" Trevor let out a terrified scream as the creepy man turned into a shadow that haunted his dreams. Just as he braced for a claw to stick through his stomach, the creepy man passed right through him and disappeared. At this moment, Trevor still screamed with his eyes closed and hands raised above his head. He simply felt a cool breeze blow through him. He opened his eyes slowly and discovered he was all alone in the room. He checked himself to make sure he was fine and had no injury whatsoever. After taking in a few deep breaths and stabilizing his mentality, he discovered that the creepy man had left something on the chair. As he took a step forward to examine it, something white fell from the ceiling and splattered on the ground a meter away from him. A humanoid creature white creature layer flat on the ground like a sheet of paper. It started filling up like a balloon and in just seconds it had recovered to its original form. Cracked its borns as it slowly gathered up and stood. One of its legs was wrapped around its head and both its hands were wrapped around its torso and over the leg. The leg stood on faced backward. "Is this book trying to give me a heart attack?" Trevor swallowed in fear. This time he was too scared that he couldn't even scream. The creature before him wobbled as it unwrapped itself from its odd position. "My heart!" Trevor clenched his chest when he saw the creature turn its head that was facing the wrong side back to its original position. "What the f**k is Pennywise doing in this dungeon!" Trevor immediately turned and yanked on the door trying to free himself from this living nightmare. "Can I be your friend? We'll float together. I promise!" the white clown pulled a red balloon out of nowhere and offered it to Trevor.
